I came across this great Google doc that my pal Spin's Vixenella wrote and put up on Twitter. I think it's a great example of a letter you can write to the advertisers if you choose to do so. There is information on how to find said advertisers and how to frame your letter if you are unsure how to write one.You can personalize it any way you wish. I'm going to send postcards in as well.

I believe our only hope lies with the advertisers but we need to do more than write, we need to buy their products! If the loyalty of the soap fan base translates to actual sales for the sponsors, we will provide the networks a way to fund these shows. Let's all start watching the commercials and choosing our brands accordingly!!
