That's right!! LOVED it when Bobbie said she'd hope Lucas would find a nice man to marry!! :) Here's hoping Lucas comes back to GH. Poor kid has been in diabetic camp forever. (Ok, I know that's not true but let me dream)
Listening to the Supreme Court audio has fascinated me -- and made my stomach churn. I feel so strongly about this, makes my teeth ache! We are on the cusp of history and hopefully witnessing that people are people and love is love.
I forgot how much of a cutie Lucas was/is. Just another victim to the unholy Trio taking over the show. JMHO.

ReplyDeleteMy mom and I were talking about how great it would be if they brought Lucas back for Felix. That would really drive the bigots crazy--an interracial gay couple!
I was on the subway today and was reminded how far we have come and just how far we're still behind. I was sitting there, wearing my red in solidarity with the movement, and some guy came on spouting his prejudiced nonsense. About 1% of the people in the car were nodding along with him, but a good 99% just wanted him to shut up. When he finally left the car, there was a huge sigh of relief. (I would have said something to him, but he was huge and not all there; I was afraid he'd try to hurt me.)

ReplyDeleteKeep in mind that the Republicans have stacked the court with a bunch of extremely conservative Catholics who find "constitutional" excuses for their backward views. I won't be surprised if they rule the wrong way.
Comment about the show- The best 2 minutes i have seen in a long time was when laura grabbed luke by the collar and yelled at him- that moment alone should get Genie the Emmy- it was amazing. and something that would have never happend under Luza
