  1. I love the movie!!! :) But Karen, why are we in danger?

  2. I think Molly will be ok, but I hope Rafe hasn't bought any green bananas if you know what I mean.

I despised the Nina character at first, but I have to admit that Michelle Stafford has taken her so far over the top, that I love her deviousness and psychopathic behavior. Silas is such a clueless stiff that he kinda deserves it.

  3. Rafe is going to be dead..
Hate this story line. Either ROn or Frank said that Jimmy D got the short end of the stick when they were choosing a character to be involved with Fluke's cocaine empire
If the show was going to write the kid off this way, they should have started demoralizing him 9 months ago. The way it was done out of the blue is just sloppy unimaginative writing.

  4. Carrie, a better question is why the kid was ever on the show in the first place? What was the point? Sloppy writing on this not only now, but from the get go.

  5. I'm still not liking Nina, she's like a cartoon character to me

  6. I still haven't warmed up to the new Lulu yet (who's not so "new" anymore) let alone Nina. But I do agree that Silas is a "clueless stiff."

When they brought Rafe back, he was one of so many characters who returned for the 50th Anniversary. But they never did anything with the character except involve him with such douchebaggery that his death inspires nothing but ambivalence.

I'm thinking that Molly's injuries will require a transplant or transfusion, and Ric will be the only donor and will have to come out of hiding.

    What does that mean? :)

  8. Sonya,
It means he'll be dead before the bananas are ripe - he'll never get to eat them.

  10. Karen,
I think it's a really old one - my grandfather used to say it and he was born in 1907.

  11. I feel they did kind of prepare us for Rafe's downfall. He fell for Molly, but didn't know how to handle it and got sneaky by ratting her out at the Metro. Rafe was always a pretty messed up kid and felt sorry for him without liking him much. Rafe was brought on with his mom, a delightful actress from PC, but I feel he never really had story. The young actor was OK, but Rafe was a damaged kid and that was due to his mom. Seeing her murdered didn't help.

I certainly hope they bring Ric back--Hearst is too good to lose. I really enjoyed him this time around and had hopes for him and Elizabeth. Guza did his best to ruin the character (as he did with so many) so I was pleased that this Ric seemed a better man. He is really needed in this story of Julian and Luke.
