Diane and Spin are an ok diversion but so obviously contrived and blocked. It's so nice Carolyn has that Spinelli book coming up for sale!! Did he ever even mention the bus crash??!!! Did he see Maxie?
Brenda goes to see Jax...which is nice of her. Jax's face was sad more about Brenda's engagement thn Jerry!!

Wow, today's show was Dullsville. Maybe it's all the snow outside but I just couldn't get into it.

I don't know how Liz is so poor. She only lost the 5 million that Jason gave her for the boys. Her house is paid for and she has Lucky and Nikolas helping pay for the boys. Plus, she has a good, steady job. Didn't Patrick say something about her being head nurse in the OR or something. That should pay pretty good, right. Plus, she has been there forever. So, unless she has a gambling problem or shopping problem (which the should address on the show...hey, it would be a new plot for once!!), she shouldn't be that broke!

I am not liking the character of Brooke Lynn. I know that it is a "rite-of-passage" for just about every female character on GH to be slapped around or raped. Wonder if she is in line for either.
ReplyDeleteI really like Ned and Lois (Rena's Lois, the original). But with Brooke being the bitter bitch that she is, it just really makes it seem that she has bad parents, bad upbringing and a gutter family. And we know otherwise.

Brooke Lynn spoke of a "Lincoln Ave. subway stop," or something, no such thing in Brooklyn. Also, she did not pronounce "ricotta" the way the Italians in Benaonhurst do, and I should know, as I work at a clinic in that area, and about 99.9 percent of my patients are Italians from Brooklyn.

ReplyDeleteAndrea you're questions about why Liz is broke is the same ones I've been asking. She's a surgical nurse. Her house is paid for. Lucky's always paid for Cam and Jake's daycare. (see Taxes and Video Games from 2009) When the kids aren't in daycare, they are said to be with Grams who I think we can ALL agree isn't charging her. and most importantly....if this money thing is such a big deal, why has it come and gone like five times in the past year? I might be able to buy into a little bit if they didn't start it and drop like five freaking times this year.

ReplyDeleteAgain I ask why the character of Liz is being destroyed? I think RH is a great actress's. I loved the character of Liz but I am even getting sick of her. The writing for her character is horrible! Please can someone new come on for her! I cannot stand the way she is always jealous of the women with Nik and Lucky. It's the same scene over and over again. Why did they bring JJ back if they were going to have him only interact with these new characters and this stupid Balkan story. Why can't they find a story where he is involved more with Luke, Liz, Lulu and Nik...even Ethan. Liz needs her own story with a new man...

I am beginning to think that even the Aiden reveal will be spun in order to prop others and not a story for my favorite character. I am hearing that the reveal will come on the heals of the MOC for Lucky and Siobahn. What's your take on things??

OMG Sonya - I totally agree with you.....yikes that kiss was smokin hot. Chad Duell just keeps getting better & better. I'm sorry, but sometimes when you see actors kissing (I know they're just actors, but still) it just does not look like they are enjoying it at all. Lucky & Siobhan, Liz & Nicholas - sorry but both couples look like they'd rather be doing anything else - I love JJ by the way, but he's not a convincing kisser. Now Michael & Abby - they totally sold it! It also makes Michael not seem so young cause he looks like he knows his way around a set of lips - haha. I'm so looking forward to their storyline & Michael dealing with his prison ordeal. Chad Duell better start looking for a spot for the Emmy he's winning next year.
