Luckily I was able to completely avoid seeing any of it at all today, since I sleep during the day. Unfortunately, Y&R was completely preempted. And B&B ran an episode from 3 or 4 years ago, but GH and Days both ran what was scheduled to do so, without a single interruption or anything else.
ReplyDeleteHis original trial in the mid 90s resulted in such a huge blow to the state of daytime soaps in general, that they've never been able to recover from it, really. Making me (and I would be willing to bet most if not EVERYONE around here) has no desire to see anything that pertains to him at all, ever again.

I saw the entire show also, lots about Dr. O, Hayden and Spencer. I wonder who kidnapped Spencer if it wasn't Valentin? Can't wait for Maxie to come back and bring some sunshine, too many depressing stories . . .

DeleteMaybe the writers are being super secretive and pulling off a Nik return.:) It was something Valentin said....that he didn't kidnap Spencer, and continued on with "who knows maybe he faked his death and kidnapped him..."

We didn't get to see much yesterday. I can't believe OJ the murderer gets all this attention - really sickening. Is his parole that newsworthy?

** This is something I've been thinking for awhile, now. The way Nik's "death" was handled at the time, made me certain that having done things that way, they left things VERY widely open in the future. As I've said before, everything that we saw from the time we saw Nik's "corpse" lying at the edge of the water on Spoon Island all the way until Sonny stopping Spencer from leaving PC with Valentin, fits my theory of Valentin and Nik working together from the start.
