Rebecca Herbst (Liz) is Pregnant with her third child. Her hubby, Michael Saucedo gave a tweet about it today. AND he has a TwitPic to show the PG test results! LOL
ERGO..can't help but wonder if a WTD story will indeed be written into GH. I mean, Liz does have a LONG track record of not really knowing who fathered her kid--and there's a Cassadine story coming up (Always good for kidnapping the bambinos). Guess we'll have to see. It was a rumor awhile ago that she would have either have Lucky or Nik's kid this would fit right in there!
Anyway, CONGRATS to all!!
Congrats to Becky, but if this is ANOTHER baby daddy storyline for her. NO THANK YOU!
ReplyDeleteOh. Ugh. Please no more who's the daddy? If I wanted to watch that garbage I'd watch Maury. I'm happy for Rebecca and Michael but sad for fans if it's going to be a big baby daddy mystery.
ReplyDeleteI am thrilled for Becky and Michael.As for the WTD line, I could get into it for once. JJ is a phenomenal actor and he could do some serious scenery chewing. Liz is scheduled for a nervous breakdown and a pregnancy could save her sanity no matter who the daddy is. And Nik needs something to do! He CAN act when given the chance (remember Em's death? and the Cancer story?). Oh and with Helena coming on....the options are just huge! I hope they don't try to hide her pregnancy, it always looks so stupid when we viewers know the truth. The only question is...who do we want the daddy to be? hmmm? anyone??? heh
ReplyDeleteIf GH had half a brain, they would have it be Lucky's baby. And with no who's the daddy storyline. They would say when Liz slept w/ nik they always used a condom... and with lucky she didn't. Lucky deserves this baby, and the character of Liz is already so ruined, this would further alienate fans.

I agree about another WTD storyline, but I must say that I would LOVE a baby for Lucky. The baby could save him from "falling off the wagon." I can't imagine Lucky accepting ANOTHER child that is not his. IF Liz can't be with Jason, that I would like her with JJ's Lucky.
ReplyDeleteI was watching some clips of JJ's Lucky and Elizabeth from when they were teenagers. It made me remember what they used to be before Lucky "died" in the fire and came back so different. They had such a well written, beautiful story! I have not seen that on GH in such a long time.
I can't stomach this Niz business. I mean really, Liz can't think that Nik is such a wonderful person? He is dark and brooding, and a terrible father. He must be one heck of a lover!

Just watched Thursdays GH. Things I loved:
ReplyDeleteKeifer getting shoved aroundby Ethan, Kristina & Ethan together, Lulu giving it to Elizabeth, Jolivia! woohoo!!! All three actors in thgose scenes rocked. Dominic blew me away once again.
And same with Olivia. Loved that she didn't let her son disrespect her. Johnny was so tender with her, I just love this couple. I also loved the Jax family scenes. Carly was hysterical. And Jax is adorable in his hat! Fun loveing on GH? Wow! Who would have thought?
I did not care to watch liz & her bro at all. Although nice touch having him fix things... As for Lisa I do think she is much better than the last actress, I just don't want her near our Scrubs, unless she remains a friend only. The new actress can at least, well, act!
I too Loved the scenes w/johnny, Dom, & Olivia. Great acting going on there.
ReplyDeleteI was blown away esp with Dominic. Olivia was a close 2nd. Love all 3 of these actors and can't see why Olivia is so hated on the boards.
Can't even look at Liz at this point. Lulu usually bugs me, but she was spot on. it IS her business. Lucky is her brother. Although liz did nothing to cause Lucky's drug use last time, she will have everything to do with it this time. Now I have to say though I hate how GH makes it seem like Liz cheated with Jason. No one reminds anyone that she came to Jason for comfort AFTER catching Lucky & Maxie IN BED! And after they carried on an affair for weeks. Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Two wrongs don't make a right but I think anyone would react that way (esp if you have Jason to console you!)
Didn't like yesterdays show. I liked the scenes with Johnny, Olivia and Dante, but I think that Olivia was being a little too much. The more people know about Dantes cover, the more danger he will be in. Johnny is a wildcard to Dante and can turn on him, if he really wanted to or if Olivia broke his heart by sleeping with Sonny or something.

Funny tidbit...watching Imagination Movers on Disney and original Jerry Jax(Jacks?) is on it today as an Indiana Jones type guy!

Let's say that the new baby is Lucky's and it saves him from the bottle (or pills) and saves Liz from her breakdown (story arc #1).Could be very romantic having them find their way back to each other again. Now that leaves Nik...what say he hires a governess for Spencer (Lord knows the kid is old enough for one). While the prince is brooding in his castle, the fair and ladylike governess leads him back SLOWLY into the world and teaches him to love his son and of course love her too! ala Jane Eyre, very gothic and romantic.(story arc #2)...separate them all, start again, wonderful dialog, perhaps a wonderful formal ball or two, and a wonderful ending all around...perhaps I ask too much...
