  1. Yesterday's show was good, too. KS is still killing it with another outstanding performance. So glad she lit into Lulu, who deserved it. Enjoyed no Carly and Sonny, and MS and FH were great, too. Peter definitely showing remorse so he isn't coldhearted like his dad. I liked the way he "spoke" to his brother.

** That was good, it definitely raised my opinion of him somewhat. At least enough to pique my curiosity a bit. Really, up until everything went down, I don't think he'd even had 30 mins of on air dialog.

  4. Another thought on Peter. After all Anna did to keep him out of Faison's hands how sick was it of Cassadine (I'm assuming it was him) to give him to Faison, and then tell him it was some call girl's kid?

** That wasn't how I interpreted everything. The call girl story was specifically for Anna's benefit, so she didn't feel so bad about giving up the child immediately after giving birth. Because, that's how she was disguised when she went to the midwife to give birth, so the WSB didn't know it was her then. As far as what actually happened to Peter after that, that's when things become less clear. What we DO know for sure is that at some point Faison knew that Peter was his son. How he learned is unclear, and it's obvious Faison had no idea that Anna was the mother. Nor do we have any idea at all about the circumstances leading to how Faison even became aware of Peter's existence in the first place.` And at some point in his life, Peter forged some sort of bond with VC. (My guess it's along the lines of an older/younger brotherly type) After that, everything is prettu much conjecture. With the way VC has been written up until this point though, I do think he's tried to watch out for Peter as best as he could. Even with all of the mistaken identity Anna/Alex swap, I can still see him doing so "for Anna".

  6. It will be interesting to see how these writers have interpreted it.

** It will be. The real frustrating part of something of this sort, at least for myself, is that they're playing pretty "fast and loose" with already pretty well established history. And it just doesn't make sense with what we've known for decades.

True but they're dealing with the here and now crowd who've been raised thinking that life is all found in the device in front of your face and if you don't like the game, just reset it.

** Yeah, I know and get that, unfortunately. It's just nice to be able to talk with others that actually have been watching as long as I have (if not longer) and DO understand where I'm coming from, having had those exact experiences that I have watching them, when they originally aired. As it feels like that that sort of connection is getting more and more rare, as time goes on.
