Tuesday

This week I shall run vintage GH photos to honor the 48 years that will happen on Friday!! There's Holly and Robert looking VERY '80's!!!

I think Tracy was carrying a Victoria's Secret bag!! Eeee!!

Why the hell isn't Jax around? This is just another slap in the face.  WTH, they can't even use the people they have? What's Shawn doing there? To chem test he and Carly? How stupid. At least wait until Joss' kidney has had a week's rest. This is EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH GH!! Show Mabby for hours but not let Jax have a scene or two?  If you don't want Ingo on, let him go. This half-baked storytelling sucks. (I don't IR to go at all, I just hate it when they "store" people). Ah, there he is, a nice fresh haircut-- buzzed hair cut. IT still doesn't explain his absence all these days.

Siobhan is doing Lucky's Laundry!! NO comment.

Did they show MABBY ENOUGH? What the hell! I think they did it about 5 times!! God..ugh. The dialog about 'WHAT CAN I BUY YOU' was just painful.

I do like the Luke and the people that go into the Haunted Star -- good stuff. Loved Jane Elliot today. Her kissing Luke, saying she loves him. ahhh. You know, They'll stage an intervention, just in time for Luke to go on vacation until Sept/October. Sonny sticks up for Luke..nice. Have a LukeSonRita!!

Brenda trying to talk to Carly! ahahahah AHAHAHAHAHA!

Hey, this is a great read on the Huffington Post, but hell, I think he reads me because I said a lot of it! LOL.  It's a giant bitch about the writing on GH.

  1. Karen I'm confused. What is going to happen on GH on Friday? Yeah Mabby 5 times in one night! DAMN! Have you ever done that Karen? ROFL!

  2. The Huffing post story was dead on. I agree with everything he wrote. I hope the head of ABC reads it and understands why both Frons and Guza need to be fired.

  3. What's wrong with Siobhan doing Lucky's laundry?

  4. Nothing is wrong with her doing laundry. I think they should have MENTIONED THE FACT they still didn't get married!! I'd be worried as hell I'd be deported.
    Plus,you know Irish and Laundry??

Sonya, it's the 48th anniversary, I don't think anything is happening on the show. I plan on some fun though!

  5. good article-someone ought to send it to TPTB-maybe it would be just the thing to wake them up.

  6. How does one go about sending the article to the heads of ABC/Disney? The article is so right-on.

  8. Huffington Post article was perfect. I do want to print it out, and put a few handwritten sentences on there and send it. It was spot on.

I know April 1 is the anniversary. There is a really good special on youtube, I think for the 35th.

IF this show is still on the air in 2 yrs, I can only imagine the 50th anniversary special. It will be a clip show about Sonny/Jason and Carly and they wont even mention anything before 2000.

  9. Did you notice Siobhan lost her accent in the beginning of the episode today!

  10. Thank You Karen, for posting the link to such a well thought and to the point article.
Couldn't have said it better myself.

It's the writing! Has been the writing. And, will continue to be the writing if they don't get a clue anytime soon.

As for today's show, I really wish Jason had trashed the bar. That would have been more powerful than him talking about not killing Luke because of Michael.
I for one am over it now. We get it. He doesn't want Michael to turn out like him.
I bet they will jump right into the whole Michael wanting to kill Brandon and Jason stopping him.
    So stupid!

  11. I love the fact that they showed Siobahn doing something so normal as laundry. It's something I would do for someone in a situation like this when I didn't know what else to do.

Dear Abby... you can break that you know... give the boy a rest! hehehehe

  12. Maybe if Guza is let go we can get a Dallas like story where someone has been dreaming this drivel...

  13. I just read that Tony Geary knew that Luke didn't hit Jake going into the story. Probably why he went along with it. I also just saw that strong rumors are going around that Guza's contract expires in April and quite possibly won't be renewed. Dare we dream???? lol

  14. An homage to the OldSchool GH...
Watch Felica and Bobbi light up this scene. Guza, you fool...THIS IS HOW GH NEEDS TO ROLL:

  15. Lori, I agree with you! I thought what Siobhan did was very sweet and realistic.
I'm sure she's worried about being deported but with all Lucky has been through, how could you talk to im about marriage? I would think he has other stuff going on and wouldn't dare would feel selfish to talk to him about anything else now that he's grieving.
But I do hope they marry soon... I love LuSh!
Luke didn't do it... Who do you think it was? Could it really be Carly?

  16. Awwwww...Robin's daddy and Ethan's mommy. They were LOVE.

  17. After the Jake debacle, I have decided to stop watching. I did watch long enough to see the spectacular acting during Jake's death. Those actors are truly amazing. So I'm not going to watch GH anymore because of the lousy, horrific writing, but I can't seem to not check in here. Love all that you do, Karen. Thanks.

  18. I think it's Franco that hit Jake. It's right there smack in our face people!

After seeing Liz & Lucky's amazing vhemistry for the first time since he found out about the Niz affair, how could anyone want him with the irish lad? I know, JMO.

  19. That article was excellent and so accurate. I have to conclude that all of the emotion we felt watching this travesty was from the actors grief stricken portrayals.

  20. I love Lucky and Siobhan. I'd rather see Liz with Jason or at least Jax.

  21. I was wondering if it really turns out to be Lisa? A way to finally get rid of this character.

Maybe Johnny was able to tamper with the evidence or get someone on his payroll at the PCPD to do it and put the evidence onto Luke's bumper knowing that Jason and Lucky wouldn't do anything to Luke??

If he put it on Robin's it would be too obvious and he still would be partially responsible as it was his game that got them driving like maniacs down the road to begin with. And, that wouldn't protect him from Lucky or Jason.

But, like many of you have said, it could be Franco.

  22. The HP article is spot-on, as yours have been, Karen.

Ahh, Robert and Holly. Those were the days... <3

I cannot stomach Mabby. I have had to FFW through the lot of it...it made me want to shower to wash the ick off...

Brender and Carly made me laugh, (literally) out loud. I'm a long time VM/BB fan, but LW's Carly just seems to eat her up on screen.

  23. I didn't like Siobhan doing laundry for two reasons. For one, I'm a Liz fangirl lol. Have been since her entrance, her smoking cigarettes and listening to Biggie and all lol. Doing laundry was something we normally saw Liz doing. She was the most relatable and humanized w/ those touches being considered, I loved that. A wife/mom folding laundry... simple, but refreshing. So when I see Siobhan doing the same, it turned me off. I just feel like TPTB are trying hard to give Lucky his Liz again, but w/o Becky... when she's still on the canvas. The other thing I didn't like was the "live-in girlfriend" doing chores for her cop-man. Just rang '50s not-so-housewife to me. GH is already misogynistic as it is, so seeing her unmarried ass (lol) feeling the need to "do well by the man" didn't bode well w/ me.

  24. 48th anniversary? YAY! Yeah I highly doubt they are gonna do anything. But you are? DOUBLE YAY! :)
