Happy Birthday to the WubQueen! I hope it is a great, relaxing and yet eventful day for you. To celebrate, I grabbed some photos of you through the years to reminisce. Everyone take a look…
Here is a young Karen with baby Alberta. She’s right at home in her very groovy Brady Bunch inspired '70s living room.
In her early 20s, she was ready to watch her very first episode of General Hospital. I hope the episode was nice and “wubsy”.
Ready to write her first blog. She was just a “WubPrincess” then. (notice the tiara?) Many of the bullet points back then still hold true today.
When you are subjected to one of Dave’s silly, nonsensical “filler” blogs, you can rest assured that Karen is probably at the salon getting her hair done. Wait… is that her favorite GH actor on the TV screen behind her?
Enjoying her retirement, Karen can often be seen afternoons in the park with her beloved Tillie. Here she is grabbing an iced tea and writing this week’s Sunday Surgery.
And finally…
A rarely seen photo of Karen on vacation in Port Charles. “Why am I the only person in this town wearing a coat in the dead of winter?” she asks. I hope she stopped by Bobbie’s for a BLT and a bowl of chili.
Well, that’s it. A brief walk down memory lane. Wishing Karen the best of days and thanking her for all her hard work and dedication keeping this blog running for us.

Lucas, Joe aka Louie, and Lulu: They are still talking about the apartment, when Lulu shows up. The tell her what is going on and she said ah gotcha both times. Time for her to go!
Lucas, and Joe aka Louie: Talking about the apartment again. Then they finally agreed that he can move in with Lucas temporarily. They shake on it! Okay you two take off your shirts. :)
The hospital:
Dante and Liz: Dante needs help with his knee. Liz says I told you so. Ric is around lurking and watching them! He is so jelly!
Ric leaving: Oh come on Ric! Don't go! Where are you going?! Sure Dante and Liz were flirting, but still you should stay!
Dante and Liz: Dante is in a private room! She says he needs to get an MRI! Why is Liz wearing a doctor's coat? So strange.
The elevator:
V.C. and Anna: Anna is having a panic attack and V.C. is helping her! Telling her to breath. V.C. says he will not leave her. Awwwwwwwwwww! :)
Metrocourt patio:
Britch and Dr. O: Dr. O is still in mourning and wants to go to Austalia to see James. She also wants to clear Cassias's name. Britch tells her let her handle it and she shouldn't! Dr. O sees Anna and wants to talk to her strongly about Cassias. Britch convinces her not to. Then on to talking about St. Jason! :) Dr. O wants to text him! They are fighting over the phone! Hahahaha. Britch wins the line of the day.
Britch: How did you get so strong?!
BAHAHAHAHAHA!
V.C. and Anna: Anna and V.C. sit at the table. V.C. orders them vodkas. Yeah I don't think drinking vodka is a very good idea! I think water is better! V.C. thinks Anna has PTSD! I agree!!! They talk about Faison. She says she doesn't feel safe! She doesn't feel the people she loves are safe either.
Lulu and Ric: Ric tells Lulu about Liz and that he went to the hospital to apologize to her from before when he was at Liz's house then left because Dante was there. Lulu gave him great advice! Ric calls Liz to make a date with her to go to Sonny's BBQ, Liz says yes and then asks if he wants to go to a new exhibit with her. Ric is in shock! :) Ric wants to go with her to the exhibit! Then when he is done on the phone with her, Ric says he has 2 dates!! This was actually a great scene with Lulu and Ric. Hmmm. If LiRic end up being over, I wouldn't mind seeing Lulu and Ric together. :)
Metrocourt rooftop pool:
Jason and Carly: They talk about Joss and the WSB. Jason gets a text from Dr. O! ROFL!
V.C. and Carly: V.C. apologizes to her about being gone so long. They kiss. :)
Metrocourt patio:
Dr. O and JRitt: Dr. O invites Jason to the picnic. Jason accepts. :)
Ghost Hiney and Anna: Was Anna brainwashed?!!?!!?!?!!
Q boathouse:
Hudson aka Huey and Joss: Joss agrees to take over JJE and Huey kept pestering her about why she changed her mind! Geez man! What is with you?! What do you want with her?!
Hudson aka Huey on the phone: Okay who is he on the phone with? Jax?! Jerry Jax?! Oh I hope it's Jerry!!!
