JOSS THE SHARK: Oh they played this ALL wrong. We never should have seen her go in and do whatever she did to the network so they could win the bid. It should have been a surprise at the end of the bidding. BUT alas, we got Joss in full spy-gear bending some wires and Hudson changing the numbers. Yes, seeing the looks on everyone's faces when she walked in was good but imagine if we didn't know about it. Missed opportunity. Should I go into all the reasons why this whole thing is a farce and we really don't care about the Sonny/Joss thing? Nah, you know what I'm going to say. Even her scenes with Baines were dull. The blazer didn't even fit. On and on.
HIGHLIGHT OF MY MONTH: Wu --HOO!! SO good to see these two!! Brad is embracing his Wu and I'm here for it. Now, will they be seen again or just toddled off to a closet? I fear they won't be around and I'll just have to write fan fic for the whole Clan. BUT! I loved it while it lasted.
STALKER BOUQUET: Welp, Quinn showed up. Someone was watching outside the window while Trina was getting ready. Was it him? If it IS him that would be pretty dumb so he has to be a red herring. Kai remains one of the most dull characters on this show. Also see: we heard about Emma and Gio's new apartment so much I was just tuning out. Things heated up on Friday with Quinn offering Trina a ride home when her car wouldn't start. He took her to meet his 'sister' and opened the door to a romantic hide-away. I'm predicting with about 98% certainty that this was a set up by Kai for his 'date night'. If I'm wrong, I will publish a RETRACTION ala The Invader.
BUGGY: Ric got a bug into Hudson's briefcase. Let's hope he hears something worth listening to--I don't have high hopes though.
LULU LAWSUIT: So, Willow's suing Lulu for defamation and girl--haven't you heard about discovery??? Um, you're guilty AF and... you're going to pursue this? Okay.. whatever. An eagle-eyed viewer on Bluesky pointed out that Monet Mitchell is listed up there. Is she Willow's attorney? Did we even see them talking? I thought Alexis' law office couldn't even rep her given the conflict of interest? Oh, wait. Yeah, don't really care. (her legal name is Lesley Lu btw)
P--EYEBALLS: Well, JOE is going to figure this all out people!! That's right--he's tying together Brennan, Sidwell, paralytic drugs, Willow, Drew and Nina! Watch out!
I DO NOT CARE: That's all, that's the summary. I did see that guy behind her and think: HEY! Is that Taggart ??! She's trying to get Jason to sign her ipad and dupe him into turning the company over to Tracey. We all know he's not going to fall for that ish. :eyeroll:
AU NATURAL: Seeing Jane just give up the make up makes me happy because when you're sick, you don't even try!! Loved her scenes with Jason and here's hoping the Jason/ELQ thing has legs. Also see: LOVE NED.
EPIC EMMA: There wasn't any doubt that Friday's highlight was Emma laying into Joss and reading her for the nepo-baby that she is. It was a sight to behold and if you're going to do any clip watching, I suggest this one.
ANOTHER NEWBIE: After Britt forced the entire party to go to Lucas' house, this guy bought Britt a cocktail. He has an Australian accent. He'll be "Jude" that we heard about. Aren't you excited?
