BLOG FILLER FOR THURSDAY JULY 20th!!

Today we are talking about Serena Baldwin. Carly Shroeder originated the role in 1993. Her parents were Scott and Dominque and she was born through a surrogate, Lucy Coe. Dominique passed away shortly afterwards. In 2017, immediately after the death of Scott's father, Lee Balwin, Lucy had Serena return to Port Charles to spend time with Scotty. Carly, the original portrayer, reprised her role for that storyline.
Now we are in 2026, and the role is being recast with Kelly Kruger. Serena is 33 years old, and Kelly is 44. I don't know if they will age the character or keep her in the mid to late 30s.
Either way will work for me.
I have read so many crazy rumors on the web, and each one is crazier than the next. Even Karen and I can't make this stuff up.
She will be romantically paired with Jason. She bursts through Deception boardroom and takes over (I'm picturing Alexis from Dynasty.) She is pregnant with Ethan's baby. She walks thought the door with Sam. She knows Valentin. Scotty returns with her. Tristan and Serena have a past and he is dangerously obsessed with her. She has a toddler son.
As always, they are not really revealing what her storyline will be. The only fact that I do know is that Cody is her step-brother and that should be an interesting bond. However, we all know that writers like to re-write history. Kelly has a soap history herself being on Bold and the Beautiful and Young and the Restless. They should give her a decent storyline based on those acting creds.

I think Serena should be a WITCH. Yep. Do it up like they did with Caleb on Port Charles. We could use a little magic on GH!
I love Bewitched and still watch it every Saturday night! Yes, GH sure could use some magic.

Curtis, baybay Dezzy, and Trina: Awwww sweet scene. Curtis is holding Dezzy! Someone at the door. I'm thinking Mr. Hat man?
Curtis, Baybay Dezzy, Trina, and Mr. Hat man: YAY IT IS! Is Mr. Hat man staying? They are all loving on that baybay!
Curtis, Baybay Dezzy, Trina, Stella, and Mr. Hat man: Still loving all over the baybay! Stella wants Curtis to use that strength for the trial. Mr. Hat man says we are here for you son. Awwwwwww. :) Stella wants to get something to eat for Mr. Hat man. He wants to know how she knows he is hungry. Stella wins the line of the day.
Stella: When are you not hungry?
BAHAHAHAHAHA!
Anna's home:
Anna and Jason: Jason is trying to convince Anna that Britch was blackmailed by Cullem, but Anna is not convinced. Jason is defending Britch. This was a boring scene.
Anna and Hiney: UGH! Stupid Hiney is telling Anna to kill Britch! GO AWAY HINEY!
Metrocourt patio:
Felicia and Lucy: Felicia's dress! ROFL! Is she going to a hootenanny?! :) Lucy is upset with Maxie, but she can't be mad for long. Oh look who it is! It's Serena!
Lucy and Recast Serena: Hmmm. She lost all her money from the inheritance. How old is she supposed to be? She sounds more like she is in her 20's than 30's and yes the actress is 44. I love when she calls Lucy mom awwwww. :)
Gannon and Britch: Gannon is whining about the court case. So boring!
Dr. Tristan Rogers Roberts and Brennan: OH! THEY KNOW EACH OTHER!!!!!!!!!!! Is Tristan in the WSB?!
Metrocourt rooftop pool:
Fake Ethan and Ava: UGH! SO BORING! Ava is just so suspicious of his motives. He is trying to convince her he wants her. Zzzzzzzzzzz. Nothing exciting here.
Trina and Ava: Trina is saying Fake Ethan and Ava have chemistry. WHAT?!?!! Where?!?!!?! Trina you are blind. You are also blind with Kai. Go be with Quinn. Trina did you go in the pool to find your lipstick?
Brase and baybay Phoebe: Chase is in SHOCK that Drew is walking around and talking and that Willow and him are getting a divorce.
Ethan, Brooky, and baybay Phoebe: Ethan is all loving on baybay Phoebe.
Ethan looking at someone: Ethan sees Dr. Tristan Rogers Roberts and is scared. Why is he scared of him? Oh because he is in the WSB and dangerous?! Oh my is he the father of baybay Phoebe? WAIT A FREAKIN SECOND! That's not Tristan!!!! The next scene they show him working at the hospital! Hold on! Is he that Hudson guy that is supposed to come soon If that's Hudson or whoever he is, looks like Tristan! ARE THEY FREAKING KIDDING ME WITH CASTING?! COME ON NOW! I am going to be so confused!!!
