I'm looking for a 7th day of AWESOME with this show!! :) Do you think we will get a summer on the run with Gio and Emma??? I'd love it. I mean, talk about my soapy childhood.  squee--Jesse and Jenny in NYC!! 

TODAY'S SHOW: 

Gio and Emma are in a cabin. 2 beds. He won't answer any missed calls. He wants nothing to do with his 'family'. They talk about Sonny helping him with music lessons and his mother. He loved his mother yes, and is angry that BROOK LYN gave him away. 

Anna calls Brook to tell her Emma is with GIO. Lois walks in--and asks how he is. Brook is mad at her. Says she won't track Emma's phone. Gio is hurting. Basically tells Lois to fk her feelings. Lois defends herself but does say she was selfish about keeping Gio close.  They cry and yell and go on and n. 

Nina called Ava to talk about the Michael info she gathered! Ava's like OOOOOO! RIC CAN TOTALLY USE THAT AND WIN! Nina says that she doesn't want to betray Sasha tho. She's been through so much. BUT she also thinks if Willow gets her kids, they'll move to DC. 

Ric and Liz are at her house, he brought her food. Laura comes in. Laura thinks Ric ran over when he saw Lucky leave. Liz and Laura talk about Lucky and Ric hating each other. and her Dragon Fruit drink. Talk about Lucky and how he's like Luke. Doesn't like domestic life. 

Lucky and Kristna are in Alexis' office to talk about the accident she caused. She wants all the info. Kristina says Ava was mean about Sonny's heart problem. Krissy tells Alexis she was at the scene and might be on body-cam. Anyway, she already told Dante. Alexis is like WTF!! Lucky says everyone saw HIM there too. She says for the two of them to 'stay away from each other"-- Um, DON'T THEY WORK TOGETHER? lol Lucky leaves. 

Carly goes to see Curtis to find out if he'll help with the divorce with Michael. She wants Aurora to put out bad PR on him and lists his sins. He says he wants to help but can't. Says it could backfire. She agrees. Curtis says he's working on another plan anyway. She leaves, Portia comes in. Curtis is still angry. OMG wait, Portia talks about drugging Drew with Nina. WHAT THE HELL? When did she tell him that??????? I swear I have no memory of it. I mean, that's a huge thing!! 

Michael is with Sasha and the baby is kicking. They are at the Qs. Sasha tells him she has to testify at the hearing today because Ric called her. Sasha says that at the deposition it wasn't anything about the baby.  She thinks if she would have told Michael about the kiss to start with none of this would have happened. Then Wiley and Amelia are playing and Carly comes in. They chat. Amelia is SORA'd

Laura confronts Alexis about the missing money in Ace's account. (we see Monday it's 10 million dollars!! pffffft!) 

Curtis wants to find Jacinta. How can that hurt drew when Portia and Nina hired her? 

Gram Travolta comes in to talk to BROOK!!

It's crazy and it's still going!!

WHOOP!! Here we go... my heart is probably going to beat fast fast today. I watched the end again with Nina and I swear she did look into the camera!! LOL LOVED IT. 

Olivia comes home. Tracey says congrats and her and her son have a grandchild. She gives Livvy a drink. Olivia talks about Gio back in the neighborhood and how she held him and never knew. He was such a good baby. Tracey says you're not psychic (now..nod to her LSD time) LOL. They talk more. Tracey figures out she has blood ties to Sonny. She wants to get Gio far away from him. 

Brook and Ned hug, he tells her that everything is ok and her understands. NICE scenes. THEY ARE more angry with Lois. Brook is afraid Gio won't see her. 'who wouldn't want to be loved by you" Ned says. Tears...hugs. 

Dante goes to Lulu's and confronts her about telling Gio. She says he overheard her talking to Lois. He's angry. Says this was all about Lulu getting back at Brook Lyn. OMG Lulu still thinks Brook knew Gio was her kid!! He says Lulu imploded so many lives, mainly Gio's. She says no, she figured things out. He wonders why she didn't tell him right away. Lulu goes "Carly said".. Dante yells CARLY? CARLY KNEW?????? OMG Lulu is so full of venom when she talks to him. I NEVER want you back she says. She is just awful. YOU HAVE TO WATCH! 

Gio tells Emma the violin made him feel close to his mother and now it's not really his mother and he didn't want it. She wont' leave him. He says he doesn't need a babysitter. He then apologizes. She says she believes what Brook Lyn and Dante said, they had no idea he's their son. He says "well, Dante hates me anyway". 

Jason is at the Q kitchen. Sasha is happy Michael is home. She touches her belly. He says they are keeping up the secret because of the custody hearing. She agrees. He leaves, Cody comes in and tells her about the whole Nurses Ball with Gio. She feels badly for everyone. Cody feels badly he had a hand in it all. 

Willow is at Carly's and asks Michael to say goodnight to the kids. He's like NOPE. She says they belong with me. "Not anymore" he says. He tells her Wiley kept telling her he "wanted to go home". He says he's going for sole custody -- and she can see the kids on one condition. No more Drew. Move out and no contact. He says she has to choose between Drew and their kids. He slams the door. She UGLY CRIES outside.  Goes to the car and tells Drew to take her home. Then she tells him that Michael said she has to give him up or the kids. Drew: YOU'd never DO that right?? OMG what a dick. Then he says that Michael ambushed her and he's awful and she can't leave and give in to him. She takes off her rings and says she's done. "I'll send these to him tomorrow" STUPID DREW PICKS UP LILA'S RING AND SAYS: NO WE ARE KEEPING THIS ONE! OH no you don't!! He says it's partly his and they can give it to Amelia someday. Oh he's such a manipulator.

Jason comes to see Michael. They talk about Sasha and him being the daddy. They have to keep the secret but Michael hopes SASHA changes her mind. Jason wonders if there's room for a compromise with Willow. Michael says not if she's with Drew!!

Day Two of Wowzah!

 

I saw yesterday's show and it was amazing!! AMAZING! Every actor: on point. I could have lived without the Kai/Trina stuff but I'm not even going to get mad on that. Jane Elliot had me in tears-- and Amanda Setton? Double wow. Dom Z-- Rena--all of them. 
Can't wait for today's episode! 

TODAY: 

In a bizarre turn, Nina is all changed and talking to Maxie in The Brown Dog. Maxie I guess left the house when Spin got home and met her there to "talk". Um, okay. Nina doesn't know what to do about Willow. She's wondering about telling her about sleeping with Drew. Then she's scared she'll lose Willow. They talk about Sasha and Jason and ..the wheels turn in Nina's head. She figures out Michael is the father. She asks the bartender. He remembers Sasha because she's the Deception model. Nina gives him some money to find out who the other guy was. He says he remembers because he left a $500 tip. 

Willow and Drew are freaking out to Mac. Mac's like: um, the kids are with their father so... too bad. 

Michael is at Carly's with Sasha. Carly, Joss and Jason come in. Carly hugs him, Joss hugs him. He's going to stay the night.  Mac Daddy comes in to talk to them about 'kidnapping".  THEN HE IS GONE. NEXT SCENE??????????? HE'S GONE. It's the most bizarre thing ever. AHAHHAHA. They never finished that scene. WOW. 

Mac does go back to the station and tells Drew and Wills that Michael has a court order for emergency custody until the hearing. 

Ned confronts Lois about not telling him about Brook being pregnant. Long conversation about him not being there to help. He never got the chance. Lois says maybe the Qs would have swooped in and taken the baby if she told him. GOOD STUFF. Ned's just shocked he was left out and Gio was there for a year and he didn't know. Then OLIVIA walks out. Tells Ned she wants a word with "her good friend".  Olivia lays into Lois. They were like sisters and Lois only did what was right for her. Keeping Gio close and not telling anyone. Lois says not to throw stones because she never told Sonny about Dante. They go on and on about being a young mom and Brook didn't want that and Olivia says Dante was the best thing that happened to her. They argue about choices. Oy. wow.

Sonny comes out and talks to Lois next. She tells him the story and also how she asked him for help with the music to keep him in Gio's life. She says she didn't even know Dante was his son back when Brook was PG. Sonny says he wishes it was different but he understands. 

Gio tells Dante not to touch him as he's leaving. Brook says Dante didn't even know she was pregnant. Gio asks what her excuse is. Brook tells him how young she was. He wonders if she ever looked for him. GOOD STUFF, WATCH IT! He finally leaves with Emma. Tracey tells Brook to let him go. 

Brook and Dante talk. Tracey leaves them but also says to remember they have a wonderful son together. Dante tells Brook he never got a choice in anything. She says they were young and she panicked. They say a lot of great things and you need to watch. Then when Dante asks who else knows, Chase walks in. Dante realizes he knew about the baby but not Gio. He's pissed. Tracey tells everyone not to be mad at Brook Lyn, blame Lois for keeping it from everyone. 

Gio and Emma go to the bridge. He doesn't know what he's doing next. They talk about him smashing the violin. He says that was a lie too.

Wubsy Makes a Dumb Move--Tuesday

 

As you may have seen, I'm out today. OH WHY-- oh WHY. My hairdresser works only 3 days a week so rescheduling is a nightmare. Why did I choose 2pm? WHO the hell knows...probably thought it wouldn't be a big deal. 

WELL IT IS A BIG DEAL!! 

Things I'm looking forward to this week: 

Brook Lyn and Lois --If you're as old as I am you realize what choices made in the past can do to the future. It's going to be a hard look into what Lois decided along with Gram Travolta. She wanted to protect and love on Gio but kept that truth from Brook who wanted to do the right thing and then be able to move on with her life. Yikes. AND Ned was left out of it. Which I get, but ooooffff. Hard all the way around. Adoption can be a tricky touchy subject. 

Brook Lyn and Dante: See above but he was the father-- do you tell or do what you think the best? Bodily autonomy. And yet... 

NuMichael: HELLO!! Please be a little mean and just have the edge I want!! 

ALL THE FALLOUT with the Q family!! AND I think I saw Lulu crying her face off in previews. GOOD. Maybe she should pay attention to her own kids for a bit.

So, damn it--I am NOT GOING TO BE HERE FOR GH tomorrow! I'm so angry. I can't change my appointment but so it goes. I WILL watch on Hulu and I'll be around Wednesday to see and blog that show. Stupid ABC had to run a repeat today. No other network did that to their soaps!!

Ok, THAT WAS A SOAPY WEEK!! Geesh... When GH does it, it does it good. Sure we can talk a bit about the Nurses Ball and lack of some audience members (big topic on Blue Sky) BUT!! WHOO WEE! 

I had a blast...and I've hope you've watched at least from Wed-Friday. Also, take a look at the blog before this one (Saturday) because I run down some of the looks of the night.

General Hospital Nurses Ball Looks

 

You get a  RARE Saturday blog today!! Why? SO much to talk about tomorrow that I decided to do the Red Carpet looks today. I always like to dish the fashion and since it's a rainy Saturday, I figured why not. 

Note: Nina and Drew looked great 

JORDAN: BEST DRESSED:   This was my favorite of the night. The color, the fit --the everything. Just looked stunning on her without being over the top. 

EMMA: RUNNER UP:  I just fell in LOVE with this dress on her. Such a bright, rich color and the cold -shoulder-slump was perfection. Just so fresh and perfect for her youth. I may get pushback on this but I stand by my decision!! 

TRINA:  Tabyana wears a lot of hot pink and you can see why!! This is a great dress in all respects. Fits her age and curves. Just love it. 

OLIVIA:  LLC can wear just about anything, can't she? This was a great gown for her and I love the color. The one shoulder gives it a little 'oomph". Approved. 

JOSS AND CARLY:  Both looked amazing. LOVED Joss' dress. Carly is wearing one of my favorite colors for her. That drape on her was just perfect. Great fit. 

PORTIA AND CURTIS: Perfection of course!! I think Portia owns a lotta gowns!! Curtis was sublime and had on a beautiful red flower brooch. Isaiah had on a lizard brooch as well, both looked awesome. 

LULU AND DANTE:  Hit and a miss for me.  Dante was a hit in a nice navy tux, one of the few colors of the evening. Lulu? I didn't care for the applique on her stomach-hip. Just looked old on her. 

FELICIA: Rare miss for me. I usually love Felicia's wardrobe. This was just too frumpy Mom of the Bride vibe. Didn't like her hair down either. Not sure why, it just didn't do much for me.  KW is sparkly and the color/fit should reflect that. 

WILLOW: They made a big deal out of her being last and Drew and Nina gasping for air. BUT-- not for me. Didn't like the sleeve, it a just overwhelming for her frame and I didn't think it fit that well. Her hair? I'm not hating it. She can carry that off for sure. Seems like she went the pixie route for a 'fresh start'. 

MOLLY:  Red done right. THIS is a DRESS. Loved the color, the fit and the little sparkle. Really looked good on her. Cody--well, he looks like Cody. LOL 

DONNA: Just perfect. Someone knew what they were doing when they picked this!! Love the tailoring and the color. Look at her---standing with the feet crossed! She knows how to step and repeat!! 

BROOK LYN: Why. Just--why. I mean, I like a good spangly tux look on a woman but this is a mess. Fringe?? The oversized collar? Plus it swallowed her right up. I also would have paid to see this woman in something brighter. She wears black daily. Just a fail. Sorry. 

TRACEY: Now this was an exquisite embroidered jacket, I will say that. I'm sure it cost a mint but dang it, way too boxy for a Ball. Jane has a great figure and they put her in cafgans all the time so why not give her a nice long gown? Just not one of the best. 

THERE WERE MANY MORE but these are the noteworthy. Lucy's looks were fairly tame this year I thought, and was waiting for a huge spectacular number sometime. Hope you enjoyed the entire NB this year and I'll have plenty to say tomorrow for Sunday Surgery. See you then!!
