Up and down week for me when it came to enjoyment. It seemed like things were shuffled up wrong in the editing room and it made me scratch...

The only SPOILER I heard and care about was that Frons was kicked out of his position and JPF is stepping down with him and good things are coming to GH and it is not going to be cancelled.

Carolyn Hennesey tweeted that she will be a vampire on True Blood in the new season! I watch true blood and will love seeing her there.
ReplyDeleteI also read the serial killer storyline will go but not sure. Heard that Sonny was supposed to be the killer, and we don't really know him. Someone suggested on Karen's site today that what if Sonny was really bad all along and it was how the police officer said it was. The policeman said Sonny was aweful in high school, a bully. He also says he hurt his Mom. It would be a great twist to find out that Deke did not lie and that Sonny was a child with serious psychological problems. That would be a good twist! I would be behind that story as opposed to sonny and kate boring redo after working out Deke issues.

Lisa, it wd be great if they went that route, but don't you believe that it IS that way, whether or not it is written that way?
Sonny's a misogynist and verbal and mental abuser of women and others onscreen. How about offscreen?
Or if not him, then Jason? After all, Franco sd Jason is like him.

Jason and Sonny are evil; they lack the subtleties that Luke has. He's scum, but not irredeemable. Jason and Sonny are likely not redeemable, so make them evil.
I'd love to see Maurice Benard have a Cagney moment, like in the end of White Heat, the film- Google that, Lisa.
Wd not that be a great way for Sonny Corinthos to go out, just when they ax GH?
Where did you hear Kim was still staying?? I think she's still out by Feb...she wants to do direct.
ReplyDeleteAs much as I dislike the angle Sonny's character is on now, I don't want him to end up being the abuser of my mother. The thought of it makes me nautious. His destructive behavior and inability to be loved is classic scenario for an abused child. I have sadly seen it reflected in my siblings. The past does haunt you for the rest of your life, it's true. You have to learn to live with it and accept that it cannot be changed. I wish they can get him through this confrontation of his past and help him move on and learn to love again.
ReplyDeleteJPink..I agree, nothing wrong with confronting your demons in life, however, isn't it a little late for Sonny? Unless he comes out a better person for doing this, its just another Sonny past life storyline. We have had enough of those!
ReplyDeleteWith the new turn taking place at gh, maybe Sonny will be written differently. That would be awesome since MB is such a terrific actor!
Wow, I just realized I wrote "my" mother... How Freudian. Clearly I meant his mother, meaning Sonny's.
