I hope they win!!! I have to admit of being sick of Melissa Rycroft and Shawn Johnson playing the pity card. Melissa's neck injury and Shawn's early retirement. Kelly danced sick and had the broken toe while working full time on GH. Didn't see her complain or pout. Much respect to her just for that alone. Go Kelly and Val!!!!
ReplyDeleteI was sick of Kelly&Val playing the fake romance card while her boyfriend sat in the audience in the front row.Tacky. Glad Melissa &Tony won and Glad Shawn&Derek were runner ups.
ReplyDeleteYes you are right about them playing the romance card, they did constantly show her bf sitting next to Nancy. However, it's not the first time the romance card was played on DWTS. I just can't stand The Batchlor and that was Melissa's claim to fame, as being part of the harem. Was she good, yes. At the end it boiled down to popularity. Kudos to Kelly for making it as far as she did by not being a professional gymnast or cheerleader and by generating more buzz for our soap GH!
