Let's just pretend that this new guy isn't the Balkan, himself. What if he's the top henchman, and someone else is really at the head of the Russian Mafia. Someone like Jerry Jacks! We know Jerry has an evil streak a mile wide. We know Jerry loves hurting peoplle. We know he has ties to Pt Charles (good way to bring Jax out of the board room). and we know the actor speaks a ton of languages too!! Besides being in the Russian mob doesn't mean you have to have a Russian accent...not all American Mafia guys were Italian after all.
