West Calabasas is a very if not the most expensive place to live around LA.
Kardashians live there.
A very wealthy friend of mine from high school who has done very well in real estate over the years is selling his home for 6 million there. I wish he would give it to me. But then again, could I afford the upkeep and tax's & insurance? NO!

2.2 million in Calabsas really isn't that big of a home. Perhaps she can get bigger for less in another area.

I know SB works there, but I can assure you he does very $$ on GH. Plus he has some kind of other business going.

Steve Burton & Family remodeled & lived in that House first. Then when Steve & family moved out. Becky had 2 buy...Mr.Burton House.
SB lives in Newport Beach.
If you read about the listing, RH purchased it new in 2006. No-one lived in it prior to her.
SB does NOT live in Newport Beach.
Nor does he live in Calabasa. (me bad) I thought he was neighbors with RH.
