Rumors are hitting the net that another popular actress is out at GH-- it's been swirling for months now that a vet, member of a beloved family in Port Charles is either out the door or going to recurring. I have the RUMORS up on the Wubs Net ..
I wanted to prepare people in case it's confirmed today by ABC. If true, I will be uber sad because she's a wonderful, classy lady. Let's also hope it's by choice.

NO WAY! I have to say though better her than NLG. It wouldn't make sense for it to be Alexis since she has 2 young girls smack in the canvas. Unless of course there was a big custody battle b/w Jax & sonny.
ReplyDeleteI have to be honest- I have no opinion one way or the other about the JE rumor. I don't care if she stays or she goes...if she is put on recurring, what is really the difference? She is backburnered everytime TG takes a vacation, and that seems to be about every other week...

ReplyDeleteShe doesn't really have a story without Luke around. And as much as TG comes and goes... Seriously, they need to nip that in the bud already. I love TG to pieces, but his constant coming and going is beyond annoying. If JE goes to recurring, they could work it into TG's schedule and write their comings and goings together. But apart from Luke, Tracy's got nothing because they refuse to write for her.
ReplyDeleteI agree, fans would be more in an uproar over NLG but Ravenbeauty has eluded to NLG's demise due to her big mouth on twitter. I for one love Alexis. Love her with Diane. Love her with the girls. Love her with Luke even (their scenes were great the other day in the pcpd!) As much as I love JE, there's not much for her to do in between TG's "vacations".

I think those of us that have watched Jane Elliott on GH for decades know what this woman is capable of. And we know how loyal she has been. Never leaving for bigger and better things (kind of like Becky, although Becky doesn't have as many years in of course)Seems the loyal ones get screwed by guza and the "stars" get whatever they want. Get rid of Sam instead PLEASE.
ReplyDeleteI a, highly irritated with GH and all their cuts...to be honest I would have preferred that Brenda never came back and Franco never stepped foot in Port Charles if it meant that GH stopped cutting the cast. I am so tired of all these new characters when our vets don't get a story. If they had kept more of the Q's, JE would still have a reason to be there. Also I agree with anonymous with TG constant vacations she is always on the back burner. I love Luke and Jax for that matter, but these members of the cast who are constantly in and out cause part of the choppy stories. By the way, I am predicting Lisa Lo, Tyler, and Jax on the chopping block next. Brenda is not staying past her year, so I can see Jax and her leaving. I hate the way GH has been going for years....
