    Sad to see the character and Kelly go, but there has to be more to the story we probably won't ever know. Kelly being in and out with the temp recast and her performance lacking (partly due to lack of good stories) in recent years, I wonder if the TPTB felt like she was just not invested enough for someone at the higher end of the pay scale (I assume). I'm sure it's been a very tough year losing Billy. I wish they would have kept her for the Lulu return fallout as the dynamic with Sam/Dante/Lulu would be very interesting - would have been a good way to see if she could get her spark back or if it was indeed time to part ways. I imagine one of the other shows will pick her up.

      agree ---- and I don't know what I would do in her shoes, but I wonder if being vocal will hinder her getting another job.

      Hoping another soap will snag her up. That's the norm and she is so very well known.

    For me its simply the timing. With Jason back they could have done a redo of Jasam with their huge following (I am not one of them as I am 100% Liason but I respect the fans). Heck keep her on the back burner even more but don't kill her off. It just feels wrong.

    From what I heard, everyone has been asked to take a pay cut and she refused so they let her go. Too bad to see someone who has been on the show for so long leave.
