Franco IS Coming Back
And not just for a little bit...so says Michael Logan on TV Guide.
Franco's upcoming story arc is being called "longterm," meaning we'll see him well into the fall and possibly beyond. This should be a nifty trick considering GH is filmed in Hollywood and the actor is due to open on Broadway this fall opposite Nicole Kidman in a revival of Tennessee Williams' Sweet Bird of Youth — but don't forget he's known for shooting weeks and weeks worth of GH material in just a couple of days.
OH YEAH...MORE BLOCK taping!! More crazy kidnapping stuff!! Welcome to Guza.2-za. I'll try to remain optimistic but lord, it's hard.

Such a frustrating week for me!! GH can be so good, then so uneven and just plain plodding along that it baffles the mind. I felt like Thu...

Up and down week for me when it came to enjoyment. It seemed like things were shuffled up wrong in the editing room and it made me scratch...
Hopefully he has Jake that's the only good reason to bring him back imo hey it's a soap anything can happen :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with what Megan said...Please have FRANCO Have Jake! That really would be the ONLY reason why Franco is back!
ReplyDeleteIf Franco has Jake that would be the only reason I would come back to watch!
ReplyDeleteEEEEwwwwww I think I just threw up in my mouth a little....lol
ReplyDeleteSorry, Karen, I HATE Franco stints. They are never a part of any stuff happening, always crammed in and they take time away from the stuff that actually is going on. I hate most guest stunts; they don't work for me unless they are truly integrated into the stories, like Michael Learneds' being a patient for several months. It could have led to something, but Guza never seemed to take up lines and open them for other stories. That's what I love about OLTL--one thing leads to another and another and that clues in this and that story--everything pretty much counts. I didn't like Gigi dying, but it has led to Rex being Clint retake and that's unexpected and interesting. Pretty much nothing is wasted on OLTL.
ReplyDeleteBut for me, Franco is a total waste. The actor is just playing with the soap--he has other, more serious stuff to do, so why waste our time? Guess that's harsh, but the character is dispicable and the actor has not impressed me in the role.
franco can come back as long as he has baby jake and ruins the jaspam wedding.
ReplyDeleteZzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
ReplyDeleteOk..well I liked parts of the 1st visit. I thought that Franco and Maxie's ses scene was one of the hottest on Gh in a long time.
ReplyDeletePlease let him have Jake. It will be soooo old school soap if he walks into that wedding w/ Jake on his hip. Crossing fingers!
ReplyDeleteI wasn't excited about Franco coming back this time around. However I realized that he first airs during the rumored JaSam wedding. I can only hope that this means bad things for Jason and Sam. Sorry all those who are fans. However the more I see them and read interviews, the less I want them together.
