It's no secret that they will incorporate Leslie's death into the storyline eventually. I have been looking over videos and images for a future tribute blog and I came across this one. It's a really good compilation of Monica and Alan and the boys. It is definitely worth a look. There is a part 2 online.

DeleteYes sir, we do. Unfortunately, the writers don't. Whenever they talk about Monica's family, or what is left of it, they only mention AJ, Jason and Emily and always forget about Dawn.

ReplyDeleteAlways felt it was a crime they killed off 3 of Monica's children. GH normally hits the mark with casting, but they never found the right Dawn. After all the buildup of introducing her, she was killed off. To think Sharon Case was one of the actresses who played her before she went to Y&R. The best AJ in my opinion was Gerald Hopkins in the early 90s. I never warmed up to Billy Warlock or Sean Kanan. And again, to think of all the buildup surrounding AJ's birth and then to kill off a legacy character like that. Emily was another lazy write off.
ReplyDeleteI agree about killing Monica's children. I have rewatched Emily's death several times as it was gut wrenching when Elizabeth cries over her dead body with Tyler's Nicolas looking on with Jason.

Mami Natalia and Marco: Okay so she hates that he is a lawyer and that she wishes he didn't quit being a musician. SAY WHAT?! That makes no sense!!!! That really should be the other way around!!!!! And it's been 10 years since he has been a lawyer, so she really should have gotten used to it by now, and accepted it! They argue. He walks away.
Sidwell cookie, Laura, and Curtis: Sidwell cookie has really really REALLY been trying to call Laura at her office. Laura does not want to talk to him! ROFL!
Laura and Curtis: Oh boy! That Ezra guy is really after Laura! He is trying to write a story about Laura and Sonny! Laura should dig some dirt on Ezra! :)
Sonny and Krissy: She really wants Sonny to tell Dante the truth about his heart problem. Oh sure Krissy. Then you should tell the truth about what YOU did!!!
Sonny, Krissy, and Dante: Sonny told Dante about his heart problem, and Sonny talks about the car accident. That Ric should be more careful on the road. Krissy agreed! OH SHUT UP KRISSY!
Natalia and Sonny: Sonny wants to know what she was doing with Sidwell! ROFL!

Alexis and Queen Ava: Queen Ava shows her the video!!!! Well, it doesn't really show Krissy doing the deed though. Damn. Alexis wants to know how much is the blackmail. Queen Ava wants a lot. From the Cassadine estate. Queen Ava wins the lines of the day.
Queen Ava: It's a good thing you are the administrator of the Cassadine estate then. What do you think the wire cutters were for? A manicure?
BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Queen Ava says she will go straight to Molly. That Alexis has until tomorrow morning at 9 am, and if she doesn't hear from her, she will go to Molly. Delicious! :)
Q mansion:
Brooky and Lois: Brooky says that if they don't reconcile then the family will be suspicious. It was a great scene! They love each other and there is forgiveness. :) Brooky says she is glad she is home. Lois says she will always come home. Awwww! :) But Lois says if she wants to tell the family, then she has her full support. HUH?! Wait a minute. She wanted to hide the secret so desperately that she freaked out all over Marty!!!! Now she is okay with Brooky telling the truth?! That makes no sense!!!!
The hospital:
Gannon and Lucas: Gannon asks Lucas if Lucas can take his shift! Lucas isn't sure what is happening yet. Lucas will get back to him about it.
Lucas and Marco: OH! Lucas is going to show Marco around Port Chuckles. Marco wants to celebrate his almost job! ROFL!
Line of the day was perfect. Ava...she's a hoot! Love that she's blackmailing Alexis and I love Alexis!

So, Robert Adamson -- who filled in as Michael *three* different times -- tweeted that "GH" is currently casting for a new Michael and he wasn't asked to read for the part. He has since deleted the tweet, but it is mentioned in a few articles online.

I always hoped they would have given Michael a PSTD storyline from when he got raped in jail. Maybe he would have trouble sexually with whoever he was with and have to get therapy for it. I dont feel he ever really experienced the aftermath of being raped and the psychological ramifications and that they should explore it. Thoughts?

DeleteI agree, it would have been a great storyline. But Michael went thru girlfriends pretty fast as they all died. Didn't have time to have issues. :)
