Sunday Surgery: Daisy, Daisy...

 

....give me your answer do.... !! If you're older, you'll get that song! That's all I can think of when I see her. Well, that and Daisy The Stripper but I'm trying to forget lol. Poor Sasha. Can't that girl have ONE nice thing? 

The week couldn't keep pace with the last 3-4 weeks and I found myself nodding off a bit. SO!! It might be a shortie. 
LET'S GO GO ... 

DOGGO SAVES THE WEEK:  Yep, that doggie was my delight!! I'm almost 100% sure that's a lab Beagle. BUT! Harold on Blue Sky was saying maybe this was Joss' plan to distract EMMA! I forgot all about that? Also: You like Gio and Emma? I say: YEP

THE SASHA STUPIDITY:  SO HERE we go!!  Sasha says "I don't want Daisy growing up Quartermaine"... and yet LIVES THERE. Um, girl?????? Also, everyone knows Michael is the father but she wants to bring her up "on her own".  No you don't. If you did, you'd take Sidwells' $200K and move to Utica or something. This is just all so weird. I mean look at that photo-- Who's fooling who? 

BABY STALKING:  First the wrong baby gets brought to Sasha in GH. Now, if you've had a baby in the last 30 years, you know there are SO many safe-guards in place it's crazy. They didn't even check the bracelets. Then, on top of that, Lucas and Felicia were going to go investigate the whole thing and that was completely ignored. Also see:  ARE CAMERAS IN THERE. Anyhoo-- on we march to the Q house where 3 day old Daisy has her own giant room (not next to say, Sasha's bed in a bassinet) without a video monitor. Hello, anyone with any income gets one of those for the nursery. The shadows and turning on of the mobile was a good touch and I do hope this turns out to be a twisty mystery. I'd accept Nelle in there. Yep. 

WEEPING WILLOW:  So, after her epic freak out last week, she just walked around like a zombie. Is Drew drugging her or is she just uber depressed?  The marriage thing? I was very disappointed Marty was dug into the whole t business...there you go. KM is crushing her scenes. CM is as well (and he's not my fave). I think he's doing it up with walking the line of "is his being genuine?" as opposed to "scum-bag".  Nina and Ava talking about the situation is like butter to me! BUTTAH!! 

BLOOP!!  So I heard Cam M spoiled this little ditty on Insta but luckily,  I didn't see it coming!! I love surprises. The judges decision and the way it was delivered seemed 100% on point so I didn't even fathom that someone paid her. Sidwell? Double Nope. Ergo, I liked it. I'm probably the one person that likes the Sidwell character even IF he's basically just another Sonny 'enemy'. Hopefully, my wish of him being a secret Cassadine will come true! 

ELIZABETH: Well, she's on her own for now so let's see what we can get cookin' for her! Didn't Becky look resplendent in her foam-green blouse? Loved her take-down of Krissy. OG Liz right there. :clapping: 

KAI GUY:  We have a drink truck around here called CHAI GUY so... that's what I think of when I hear his name. At least something MIGHT be happening with the Drew internship. He's still boring AF but moving past the operation junk is a baby step in the right direction.  He still should have been a Ward or a Hardy but there you go. Trina looked gorgeous this week btw and it was nice she and Joss talked like real roommates. They still need a writer that can do 20 something dialog though. Ouch.

CURT AND TRACE:  YEP. Thank you. I loved it. LOVED it. Even though it was mostly narrative, it was a good summary of Tracey's past sins. I wish Stella could have been around but there you go. KETAMINE!! BODY SHOTS!! We aren't losing those words just yet! 

BATTER UP! It's summer in PC and that means softball games!! It could be a cute idea but it's always clunky in it's execution. This time we see Sonny flirting with ADA lady (we've been here before so no thank you). I would like to see the Deception Team in all their glam.

THE BRITCH FACTOR:  Marco dug up things on Britt for Brook Lyn who somehow wants to use it against Lulu.  The whole egg-zygote-embryo mix up is SO OVER. I don't know where they are going with this but hang on. Could be great! Could be a dud. 

BEST DRESSED:  Trina slayed in this dress. I'm also giving it up for Emma because she's always very appropriate in any of her 'college' kid outfits. Nina was snazzy too. 

WEEK IN A WUBSHELL: 

Jordan and Curtis and Portia: Same ol, same ol. Why they dropped her with Isaiah is beyond me

Cody tries to get close to Ava through flattery and an open shirt

Liz rips into Kristina

Willow agrees to marry Drew

Kai will take the internship but stay in PC 

Tracey will hold a presser about Drew

Curtis is going to find Jocinda with the help of Felicia

Emma finds a stray beagle in the park and names her "Outback"

Chase and Dante reach a civil agreement while locked in a cell 

Lulu talks to Gio

Brook has Marco dig up Britt's information 

Sonny flirts with the ADA 

Carly buys Brennan a thank you gift

Joss clones Dalton's phone and Vaughn pretends to be dating her to throw off Emma

Wiley swims the length of the Metro Pool underwater (2 feet)

PREDICTIONS (only on my own): Willow will be in fuge states and possibly split into 2 personalities. One will probably be Nelle. Emma Samms might be back for a short short cameo to see her granddaughter. I don't see that happening for Robert unless he's announcing his retirement from office. Martin and Tracey--close yes, but CLOSECLOSE? Hmmm.. not so sure. I do expect Daisy to have a heart problem. 

 Josh Kelly appears to be off contract as per credits. That doesn't mean he won't appear however, he's on recurring status. Maybe he has an outside project happening. 

A lot of little things happened this week that will hopefully tie together. My one BIG question is if they find Jocinda won't she just say that Portia and Nina gave her the Ketamine? Curtis knows they did that so....will he pay her off? Seems weird. 

That's it!! HOPE You had a good one. It's HOT HERE this week and of course, it's the last week of school and the Jazz Fest. Just to get me sweaty lol
