Diggin' in the Dirt

Oh it's MONDAY-- and here we are. I guess it will be all Heather all the time?? Hmmm...

We start out with Carly and Val. He figures that it IS Jack in the grave.  They decide they can't call the cops. Val puts the finger back and they go to leave. Joe is there with a flashlight and is like: You are trespassing! They say they found a body while looking for Outback--and don't know who it is. Joe calls the coroner and forensics. They get there and find the finger. Joe searches them...finds the baggie Val had the finger in ahahaha. Valentin wants a lawyer.

Jason and Danny talk about Sam at the boathouse. They miss her. Danny cries a bit...says Sam might be disappointed in him. Jason says nope. They talk more about Sam, then Danny says he knows for sure Jack Brennan is DEAD. Tells him the story and that Carly and Valentin know. Also about Outback and the finger.

Over at the PCPD, Martin comes in to rep Valentin (yeah!) Carly can't get ahold of Diane.  Martins' like: DUDE you are in TROUBLE! Carly tells Joe to either arrest her or let her go.

Brown Dog: Britt and Jude meet up. It's Halloween in there. They try to banter. If they have a baby the papas would be Jerry Jacks and Faison ahahha. Anyway, they want one more night without knowing each other's names.

Joss wants info on Jude and Hudson acts like he's never heard of him. He knows about Jerry he says but not Jude. Then Joss tells him Jude is there for Phoebe. She is going to talk to HR about Jude but Hudson talks her out of it and says: Leave it to the morning, let's get out of here.

Joss and Hudson show up at The Brown Dog and see Britt and Jude making out. Britt is flabbergasted. Joss tells him to leave town and he's not getting what he wants. He gets in her face--Hudson tells him to back up.

Alexis goes to talk to Brook and Chase about Phoebe. They want to know who signed the papers saying they were the daddy. She tells them Jude offered a DNA test. Chase says they have a test proving the father is the father--WHO is he? We have to talk to him! Alexis says they'll need a court order to do that. She says she'll try to find him. She also says that they have a court document saying the DNA father turned Phoebe over and Jude can't do anything about that. He'd have to get a court sanctioned DNA test to prove it. Brook says: we can't let that happen!

AND...of course Heather is at The Cat's Eye bugging Trina. I love her outfit tho. She says she never sent flowers or did a website, she just wanted to get Trina so she could see and talk to her. Say she's sorry. Trina says she'll listen. Heather apologizes, blames everything on her hip and says she got a huge settlement from the company. The judge ruled she wasn't responsible for her actions. They don't care. She bought Wyndemere! Wants to see Liz and Ace...invites the kids to dinner. hahaha. Trina's like stop it. She says she gave a scholarship to PCPU in Trina's name. Trina doesn't want it.

In a weird scene, Liz comforts a kid wandering the halls of GH and Dante sees her. He gets all mushy looking..  Later he tells her she's amazing. He's at the hospital because he chased a kid that had an egg and the kid tripped and he brought him to the hospital. He hurt his knee a bit.
