I'm looking for a 7th day of AWESOME with this show!! :) Do you think we will get a summer on the run with Gio and Emma??? I'd love it. I mean, talk about my soapy childhood.  squee--Jesse and Jenny in NYC!! 

TODAY'S SHOW: 

Gio and Emma are in a cabin. 2 beds. He won't answer any missed calls. He wants nothing to do with his 'family'. They talk about Sonny helping him with music lessons and his mother. He loved his mother yes, and is angry that BROOK LYN gave him away. 

Anna calls Brook to tell her Emma is with GIO. Lois walks in--and asks how he is. Brook is mad at her. Says she won't track Emma's phone. Gio is hurting. Basically tells Lois to fk her feelings. Lois defends herself but does say she was selfish about keeping Gio close.  They cry and yell and go on and n. 

Nina called Ava to talk about the Michael info she gathered! Ava's like OOOOOO! RIC CAN TOTALLY USE THAT AND WIN! Nina says that she doesn't want to betray Sasha tho. She's been through so much. BUT she also thinks if Willow gets her kids, they'll move to DC. 

Ric and Liz are at her house, he brought her food. Laura comes in. Laura thinks Ric ran over when he saw Lucky leave. Liz and Laura talk about Lucky and Ric hating each other. and her Dragon Fruit drink. Talk about Lucky and how he's like Luke. Doesn't like domestic life. 

Lucky and Kristna are in Alexis' office to talk about the accident she caused. She wants all the info. Kristina says Ava was mean about Sonny's heart problem. Krissy tells Alexis she was at the scene and might be on body-cam. Anyway, she already told Dante. Alexis is like WTF!! Lucky says everyone saw HIM there too. She says for the two of them to 'stay away from each other"-- Um, DON'T THEY WORK TOGETHER? lol Lucky leaves. 

Carly goes to see Curtis to find out if he'll help with the divorce with Michael. She wants Aurora to put out bad PR on him and lists his sins. He says he wants to help but can't. Says it could backfire. She agrees. Curtis says he's working on another plan anyway. She leaves, Portia comes in. Curtis is still angry. OMG wait, Portia talks about drugging Drew with Nina. WHAT THE HELL? When did she tell him that??????? I swear I have no memory of it. I mean, that's a huge thing!! 

Michael is with Sasha and the baby is kicking. They are at the Qs. Sasha tells him she has to testify at the hearing today because Ric called her. Sasha says that at the deposition it wasn't anything about the baby.  She thinks if she would have told Michael about the kiss to start with none of this would have happened. Then Wiley and Amelia are playing and Carly comes in. They chat. Amelia is SORA'd

Laura confronts Alexis about the missing money in Ace's account. (we see Monday it's 10 million dollars!! pffffft!) 

Curtis wants to find Jacinta. How can that hurt drew when Portia and Nina hired her? 

Gram Travolta comes in to talk to BROOK!!

It's crazy and it's still going!!

WHOOP!! Here we go... my heart is probably going to beat fast fast today. I watched the end again with Nina and I swear she did look into the camera!! LOL LOVED IT. 

Olivia comes home. Tracey says congrats and her and her son have a grandchild. She gives Livvy a drink. Olivia talks about Gio back in the neighborhood and how she held him and never knew. He was such a good baby. Tracey says you're not psychic (now..nod to her LSD time) LOL. They talk more. Tracey figures out she has blood ties to Sonny. She wants to get Gio far away from him. 

Brook and Ned hug, he tells her that everything is ok and her understands. NICE scenes. THEY ARE more angry with Lois. Brook is afraid Gio won't see her. 'who wouldn't want to be loved by you" Ned says. Tears...hugs. 

Dante goes to Lulu's and confronts her about telling Gio. She says he overheard her talking to Lois. He's angry. Says this was all about Lulu getting back at Brook Lyn. OMG Lulu still thinks Brook knew Gio was her kid!! He says Lulu imploded so many lives, mainly Gio's. She says no, she figured things out. He wonders why she didn't tell him right away. Lulu goes "Carly said".. Dante yells CARLY? CARLY KNEW?????? OMG Lulu is so full of venom when she talks to him. I NEVER want you back she says. She is just awful. YOU HAVE TO WATCH! 

Gio tells Emma the violin made him feel close to his mother and now it's not really his mother and he didn't want it. She wont' leave him. He says he doesn't need a babysitter. He then apologizes. She says she believes what Brook Lyn and Dante said, they had no idea he's their son. He says "well, Dante hates me anyway". 

Jason is at the Q kitchen. Sasha is happy Michael is home. She touches her belly. He says they are keeping up the secret because of the custody hearing. She agrees. He leaves, Cody comes in and tells her about the whole Nurses Ball with Gio. She feels badly for everyone. Cody feels badly he had a hand in it all. 

Willow is at Carly's and asks Michael to say goodnight to the kids. He's like NOPE. She says they belong with me. "Not anymore" he says. He tells her Wiley kept telling her he "wanted to go home". He says he's going for sole custody -- and she can see the kids on one condition. No more Drew. Move out and no contact. He says she has to choose between Drew and their kids. He slams the door. She UGLY CRIES outside.  Goes to the car and tells Drew to take her home. Then she tells him that Michael said she has to give him up or the kids. Drew: YOU'd never DO that right?? OMG what a dick. Then he says that Michael ambushed her and he's awful and she can't leave and give in to him. She takes off her rings and says she's done. "I'll send these to him tomorrow" STUPID DREW PICKS UP LILA'S RING AND SAYS: NO WE ARE KEEPING THIS ONE! OH no you don't!! He says it's partly his and they can give it to Amelia someday. Oh he's such a manipulator.

Jason comes to see Michael. They talk about Sasha and him being the daddy. They have to keep the secret but Michael hopes SASHA changes her mind. Jason wonders if there's room for a compromise with Willow. Michael says not if she's with Drew!!

Day Two of Wowzah!

 

I saw yesterday's show and it was amazing!! AMAZING! Every actor: on point. I could have lived without the Kai/Trina stuff but I'm not even going to get mad on that. Jane Elliot had me in tears-- and Amanda Setton? Double wow. Dom Z-- Rena--all of them. 
Can't wait for today's episode! 

TODAY: 

In a bizarre turn, Nina is all changed and talking to Maxie in The Brown Dog. Maxie I guess left the house when Spin got home and met her there to "talk". Um, okay. Nina doesn't know what to do about Willow. She's wondering about telling her about sleeping with Drew. Then she's scared she'll lose Willow. They talk about Sasha and Jason and ..the wheels turn in Nina's head. She figures out Michael is the father. She asks the bartender. He remembers Sasha because she's the Deception model. Nina gives him some money to find out who the other guy was. He says he remembers because he left a $500 tip. 

Willow and Drew are freaking out to Mac. Mac's like: um, the kids are with their father so... too bad. 

Michael is at Carly's with Sasha. Carly, Joss and Jason come in. Carly hugs him, Joss hugs him. He's going to stay the night.  Mac Daddy comes in to talk to them about 'kidnapping".  THEN HE IS GONE. NEXT SCENE??????????? HE'S GONE. It's the most bizarre thing ever. AHAHHAHA. They never finished that scene. WOW. 

Mac does go back to the station and tells Drew and Wills that Michael has a court order for emergency custody until the hearing. 

Ned confronts Lois about not telling him about Brook being pregnant. Long conversation about him not being there to help. He never got the chance. Lois says maybe the Qs would have swooped in and taken the baby if she told him. GOOD STUFF. Ned's just shocked he was left out and Gio was there for a year and he didn't know. Then OLIVIA walks out. Tells Ned she wants a word with "her good friend".  Olivia lays into Lois. They were like sisters and Lois only did what was right for her. Keeping Gio close and not telling anyone. Lois says not to throw stones because she never told Sonny about Dante. They go on and on about being a young mom and Brook didn't want that and Olivia says Dante was the best thing that happened to her. They argue about choices. Oy. wow.

Sonny comes out and talks to Lois next. She tells him the story and also how she asked him for help with the music to keep him in Gio's life. She says she didn't even know Dante was his son back when Brook was PG. Sonny says he wishes it was different but he understands. 

Gio tells Dante not to touch him as he's leaving. Brook says Dante didn't even know she was pregnant. Gio asks what her excuse is. Brook tells him how young she was. He wonders if she ever looked for him. GOOD STUFF, WATCH IT! He finally leaves with Emma. Tracey tells Brook to let him go. 

Brook and Dante talk. Tracey leaves them but also says to remember they have a wonderful son together. Dante tells Brook he never got a choice in anything. She says they were young and she panicked. They say a lot of great things and you need to watch. Then when Dante asks who else knows, Chase walks in. Dante realizes he knew about the baby but not Gio. He's pissed. Tracey tells everyone not to be mad at Brook Lyn, blame Lois for keeping it from everyone. 

Gio and Emma go to the bridge. He doesn't know what he's doing next. They talk about him smashing the violin. He says that was a lie too.

Wubsy Makes a Dumb Move--Tuesday

 

As you may have seen, I'm out today. OH WHY-- oh WHY. My hairdresser works only 3 days a week so rescheduling is a nightmare. Why did I choose 2pm? WHO the hell knows...probably thought it wouldn't be a big deal. 

WELL IT IS A BIG DEAL!! 

Things I'm looking forward to this week: 

Brook Lyn and Lois --If you're as old as I am you realize what choices made in the past can do to the future. It's going to be a hard look into what Lois decided along with Gram Travolta. She wanted to protect and love on Gio but kept that truth from Brook who wanted to do the right thing and then be able to move on with her life. Yikes. AND Ned was left out of it. Which I get, but ooooffff. Hard all the way around. Adoption can be a tricky touchy subject. 

Brook Lyn and Dante: See above but he was the father-- do you tell or do what you think the best? Bodily autonomy. And yet... 

NuMichael: HELLO!! Please be a little mean and just have the edge I want!! 

ALL THE FALLOUT with the Q family!! AND I think I saw Lulu crying her face off in previews. GOOD. Maybe she should pay attention to her own kids for a bit.

So, damn it--I am NOT GOING TO BE HERE FOR GH tomorrow! I'm so angry. I can't change my appointment but so it goes. I WILL watch on Hulu and I'll be around Wednesday to see and blog that show. Stupid ABC had to run a repeat today. No other network did that to their soaps!!

Ok, THAT WAS A SOAPY WEEK!! Geesh... When GH does it, it does it good. Sure we can talk a bit about the Nurses Ball and lack of some audience members (big topic on Blue Sky) BUT!! WHOO WEE! 

I had a blast...and I've hope you've watched at least from Wed-Friday. Also, take a look at the blog before this one (Saturday) because I run down some of the looks of the night.

General Hospital Nurses Ball Looks

 

You get a  RARE Saturday blog today!! Why? SO much to talk about tomorrow that I decided to do the Red Carpet looks today. I always like to dish the fashion and since it's a rainy Saturday, I figured why not. 

Note: Nina and Drew looked great 

JORDAN: BEST DRESSED:   This was my favorite of the night. The color, the fit --the everything. Just looked stunning on her without being over the top. 

EMMA: RUNNER UP:  I just fell in LOVE with this dress on her. Such a bright, rich color and the cold -shoulder-slump was perfection. Just so fresh and perfect for her youth. I may get pushback on this but I stand by my decision!! 

TRINA:  Tabyana wears a lot of hot pink and you can see why!! This is a great dress in all respects. Fits her age and curves. Just love it. 

OLIVIA:  LLC can wear just about anything, can't she? This was a great gown for her and I love the color. The one shoulder gives it a little 'oomph". Approved. 

JOSS AND CARLY:  Both looked amazing. LOVED Joss' dress. Carly is wearing one of my favorite colors for her. That drape on her was just perfect. Great fit. 

PORTIA AND CURTIS: Perfection of course!! I think Portia owns a lotta gowns!! Curtis was sublime and had on a beautiful red flower brooch. Isaiah had on a lizard brooch as well, both looked awesome. 

LULU AND DANTE:  Hit and a miss for me.  Dante was a hit in a nice navy tux, one of the few colors of the evening. Lulu? I didn't care for the applique on her stomach-hip. Just looked old on her. 

FELICIA: Rare miss for me. I usually love Felicia's wardrobe. This was just too frumpy Mom of the Bride vibe. Didn't like her hair down either. Not sure why, it just didn't do much for me.  KW is sparkly and the color/fit should reflect that. 

WILLOW: They made a big deal out of her being last and Drew and Nina gasping for air. BUT-- not for me. Didn't like the sleeve, it a just overwhelming for her frame and I didn't think it fit that well. Her hair? I'm not hating it. She can carry that off for sure. Seems like she went the pixie route for a 'fresh start'. 

MOLLY:  Red done right. THIS is a DRESS. Loved the color, the fit and the little sparkle. Really looked good on her. Cody--well, he looks like Cody. LOL 

DONNA: Just perfect. Someone knew what they were doing when they picked this!! Love the tailoring and the color. Look at her---standing with the feet crossed! She knows how to step and repeat!! 

BROOK LYN: Why. Just--why. I mean, I like a good spangly tux look on a woman but this is a mess. Fringe?? The oversized collar? Plus it swallowed her right up. I also would have paid to see this woman in something brighter. She wears black daily. Just a fail. Sorry. 

TRACEY: Now this was an exquisite embroidered jacket, I will say that. I'm sure it cost a mint but dang it, way too boxy for a Ball. Jane has a great figure and they put her in cafgans all the time so why not give her a nice long gown? Just not one of the best. 

THERE WERE MANY MORE but these are the noteworthy. Lucy's looks were fairly tame this year I thought, and was waiting for a huge spectacular number sometime. Hope you enjoyed the entire NB this year and I'll have plenty to say tomorrow for Sunday Surgery. See you then!! 

Quake

 

The last 3 days? NICE SHOW -- and the Nurses Ball has been a goodie so far. Now with the GIO thing, it should be a soapy dive into the weekend. 

So, they replay the entire ending from yesterday so if you missed it, tune in. Everyone is in shock with the news. Dante goes out with Cody to the back. Cody says "Yes, Brook Lyn had your baby". Tells him about the bus station and he thought she got an abortion. Cody doesn't know if Brook knows that Gio is their son. 

Olivia asks Sonny if he knew. He asks if she and Ned knew. No one Knew. Chase says he knew about the baby but not that it was Gio. They figure out LOIS KNOWS ALL. Dante comes out. Asks if ANY OF THEM KNEW. Olivia is like: NO! NO one knew!! Dante goes to find Brook Lyn. Sonny tells everyone they need to leave Brook and Dante alone and go watch the kids' act at the Ball. Olivia goes back in. Ned wonders why Brook couldn't trust him to tell him back then.

Carly tells Lulu she's done enough. They are in the bathroom. Lulu realizes that Gio overheard her talking to Lois. Carly tells her to back off and let the people in the situation handle this. "Go watch the ball" she says.  Joss comes over and they talk about Gio. Then she leaves when Drew and Willow want to talk about ending the fight for custody.

Jason is with Tracey at the station-- he's going to post bail. She says she was set up. I think Tracey should have been at the Ball for that news. Diane gets her out. Jason says he has to leave and can't drive Tracey home. Tracey asks Mac what she should do. He says: Take the bus. 

Jason is off to get someone (I think Michael). 

Lucas comes in to Liz' house to watch the Ball. WHY NOW? It's like over? He gives her a paper crown. Lucky is out "on an errand" ..derp. 

ACTS FROM THE BALL: 

Joss and Trina.. good singing, nice stage-- they CAN carry a tune. BUT-- too bad it wasn't before the hooplah. I mean, I want to see the fallout!!!!!! 

Kids close the show with a song. Wiley--James, Scout. Georgie and Scout. They are singing "I'll BE There" 

END: 

Wiley yells "DADDY"!!! And NuMichael walks in. He picks up Wiley and says: come on, buddy, we are going home. EVERYONE has their mouths' open LOL

So, if you didn't see it --look down a post and take a gander at NuMichael. Let's hope he's dynamic and that the story is a goodie. 

Ned tells Drew he's not going to get away with setting up his mother. Drew is like: Derp, I didn't do it. Then Olivia and Ned go in on Willow. 

Lulu tells Lois she knows she kept the truth from Gio his entire life. Lois deny deny deny....then Lulu says how she knows. Tells her the whole story from camp to the birth. Lois is upset. Big time. OMGGGGGGGGGG GIO HEARS IT! He knows that Dante and Brook are his bio parents!! Lulu then tells Lois to tell Dante and Brook tonight or she will tommorrow. She stomps out, Gio's gone.
Gio is on the patio and Emma finds him stewing and confused. He gets a weird smile on his face and says he will go on and play for Chase and Anna doing the tango. It's what he has left of his MOTHER...oh this could be GOOD! He looks unhinged!! 

Pissy Curtis hates Portia for lying again. Portia grovels forgiveness. He says they'll be a 'couple' tonight for Trina's sake. 

Nina and Carly argue in the bathroom about custody and yada yada. 

Joss introduces Vaughn to Carly. Carly thinks he's handsome. 

A lot of little side convos. Nina tells Drew and Wills she'll testify on their behalf for the custody case. Joss sees Drew and Willow and says they make her want to 'throw up'.

Lois runs out and finds Brook and tells her they have to leave--NOW. Lulu tells Cody she told Lois. 

BALL ACTS: 

Chase, Cody, Dante and Isaiah sing "The Look of Love" --it was good. Chase can sing. It was fun. 

YDE -Australian chick sang. It's a boppy tinkly song, I think I've heard it on Tik Tok. 

NuMichael Coming

 

I was actually hoping to be surprised by the Michael thing but it's OUT THERE and Here's the article from She Knows regarding the recast.  It's Rory Gibson from YR --and nope, I don't know him or his work! So if anyone can comment on that, I'd appreciate it. 

I DO think we need Michael back at this stage and I'm hoping he comes with an edge. 

Rain Rain...

 

I can't TELL YOU how much rain we've had. SO MUCH -- and it's going to rain for like 4 more days. Plus it's cold. So, yes, I'm whining. I know parts of the country are dealing with all sorts of things so I won't feel too sorry for myself. BUT GEESH!!! 

The BALL HAS STARTED! Lucy is on stage...and things are getting going. Everyone sits down. 

AIDS HISTORY OF THE BALL and the Nurses are singing "Holiday" by Madonna.  Isaiah, Willow Amy...Deanna. It was... um, ok.

Kai talks to Trina. Joss tells Willow she's got some nerve to be there 'all over Drew' and she'll never get Michael's kids. 

Um... Oh, Chase is back and says Tracey is with Mac. Would want Brook Lyn to stay there and watch Gio. 

Gio plays the violin. It's not even live-- you can tell it's totally taped/dubbed. BUT Ok, I mean he is a talent. But.. Not my thing. It was way long and Bridgerton. Lulu sees Lois watch Gio and knows it's her grandson. When she tries to talk to Lois, Lucy pulls Lois away. 

Curtis and Portia talk about Drew blackmailing her. Hey! We have 2 blackmail stories! Curtis is way pissed at Portia (again). Curtis wants the marriage to be over. 

Spinelli, Anna, Lucy, and Felicia do "Boots Are Made For Walkin". 

Alexis and Kristina talk about the fact she cut the brake lines. Krissy is like: Um, I mean to hurt Ava! Alexis says that's just as bad!! THEN Alexis says that Ava and Ric have evidence of her crime. Tells her about the security footage and the car. Then says she's being blackmailed. Kristina wants to get Sonny on them. Alexis is like: ARE YOU INSANE? NO!! If anything happens to them, they'll release the information!

Lulu tels Lois she knows Gio is Brook and Dante's son.

Double Days

 

BIG FIGHT! BIG FIGHT! Welp, soapy land 101!!! I really think the B team was on writing so that that more A team could tackle this Nurses Ball lead up!! LOL 

OMG I LOVE Smarmy Drew-- meaning Cam did a great job with the CURTIS scene. Maybe it's just that I don't like him at all in 'romantic' scenes. 
Lois looks ridiculous-- as always. I mean, there's street wear for older people but that's not it. 

Judo JOSS! ahahaha. Sasha is served?? Hmmm... 

Gio's acting coach needs a raise because hes' gotten so good over this year. 

CURTIS RECORED AND DREW CALLED MAC DADDY! Welp, I do want to watch today so that's a biggie!! 

TODAY'S SHOW:  WATCH IT! 

Ok, the Nurses Ball is hard to summarize but I'll do a bit and then YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!!! 

Everyone is getting ready. Ric is giving Alexis papers at her house to help her embezzle money. He says you'd better DO THIS or else. Then Kristina walks in. She actually looks pretty. (not  a fan of her usual stuff) She is all bitchy to Ric and he tells her to watch herself. He leaves. Alexis tells her to be nicer to him. 

Q living room: Olivia, Ned, Tracey, Dante, Brook, Chase and Lulu all in there snapping and being the Qs. 

Drew and Nina are doing the red carpet and trying to steal each other's spotlight. 

Lucy is first in with the Llama and a cute red skirt and Tshirt. I loves her. They talk about Llama rehab. 

OMG you have to see when Carly comes out!! HAHAHA Drew is like "So, how's your SON Michael burned in that fire" She says: I know you're concerned about your nephew, you like to share things! ahahahaha. You MUST SEE IT. 

Other people all come in and are grilled and it's fun. Drew and Nina spar-... Ned's like "Oh you like using our name".  Curtis, Portia and Tri walk in together and then Kai is behind them "Surprise"!! 

JOSS calls a piece of TRASH on live TV!!  SO GOOD.

More stuff happens. Chase gets a call before going on the red carpet from Mac. Then when Tracey is out there talking to Nina and Drew HE ARRESTS HER! AHAHHAHAA. Oh boy. For the drugging of Congressman Cain! 

Emma and Anna walk in together. Talk about Robin and HIV and such. Love Emma's dress. 

Molly is waiting for her mom and sister-- then Cody sees her. She looks stunning btw. Very cute Cody/Molly stuff. 

Willow comes out last.. with short hair?? 

Lucy and Felicia are freaking because Tracey got arrested. Maxie is out with a sick kid. Who can they get to fill in?

Drew and Willow make OUT ON THE CARPET. Like with TONGUE. She talks about how wonderful Drew is and she's so happy and they show a GUY ON THE PLANE! And I bet IT'S MICHAEL!!!!!! WHOOT!

Sunday Surgery: OH SOLO GIO

 

Shortie with just some talking points today. Tough week but getting back into the show helped a tiny bit.  If a week was boring, this was it. We could have combined all that happened into 1 hour. Seriously. 

I have a nice shaken expresso with cold foam! I'm ready so let's Go Go! 

Boring McBoring Son

 

FRIDAY !! Wonder if it will be a downer like last week when NOTHING happened!!! I hope not! 

Cody and Lulu talk about Gio maybe being Brook's kid and he and Brook walk into the cafe. They stop at the table and Gio apologizes to Lulu about Rocco. They go get coffee. Lulu whispers "Mother Son Coffee Date"?? They keep talking. Lulu gets a bunch of info from the computer. Yada yada. 

Isaiah is practicing for the Nurses Ball and Willow comes in. She needs a distraction. She talks about Drew and the custody case. A LOT. MORE AND MORE. 

Drew 'drives his new boat' up to the boathouse and talks to Tracey about their taking Sonny down. Tracey doesn't want Ezra running against Laura, she likes Laura. Drew says it's important to get rid of her to get rid of Sonny. They talk about politics. And Sonny. Monica mention.

Curtis talks to Nina about why he's not going after Drew harder with Aurora. He says "Portia is being blackmailed". He suspects it. Nina plays dumb and is like: Huh. OH! Really? Then they talk about stupid Willow's STUPID CUSTODY CASE!! 

Ava is in Portia's office and wonders if she was the one that drugged Drew. Ava says Drew will fall soon enough. Portia isn't that sure. She tells her all the stuff Drew wants her to do. Ava says she thinks Drew is targeting Trina now. Portia cries a bit, says she hates Drew. Ava tells her she has to tell Curtis what's going on. 

Carly tells Sonny she got the custody date moved up. He's like WELP THAT WAS DUMB. She says she's not telling Michael and doing the whole thing herself. They yell and argue. He says he hopes she wins because if she loses, she could lose Michael. 

Gio and Rocco talk about the red cup party more and more. Gio apologizes. 

Brook tells Tracey her child's birthday is today. She misses him. Tracey tells her Lulu is dropping the adoption story.

WELP!! Here we are!! I'm sitting here just thinking about life and all that jazz. (Something I don't recommend LOL)... my cousin is on a cruise (I've never been) and they had to turn around due to a medical emergency!! Lordy. Not even cruises are safe from life. The person is ok btw. 

Brook is 'talking' to her adopted out kid on the boathouse deck because it's his birthday. She thinks about him all the time now. She wishes he would find her.  She says she loves Chase and leaves to go rehearse. 

Gio (Birthday Boy) is playing the violin in the GH rehearsal space with Lois watching. Sonny and Donna come in. He fiddles. Donna dances. I cringe. She wants Gio to play for her birthday in Sept. She asks when HIS birthday is. He says June 4h. SO THE KID DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HIS REAL BIRTHDAY!? AHAHAHAHAAHA um, okay. Later he and Sonny talk about the party and Rocco getting stomach pumped. They talk about the party. And talk and talk.

Lulu is calling the adoption agency and Cody hears her. SHE ENDS UP TELLING HIM THE ENTIRE STORY!! :EYEROLL: Plus, they are in a new set--the Garage is now a Cafe (which I think they used in Switzerland or something? Montreal??) Anyway, NEW SET. Cody thought Brook got an abortion and didn't know she had the baby. He's a bit shocked. Lulu says she knows Dante is the dad. He says, well... no. She says I know the truth!! Brook Lyn told me!! Cody wants to help now because it's Dante's kid. Lulu gets a call from the adoption agency. She finds out they closed in 87 and Gio couldn't have been adopted out of there. Ergo, it was a private thing. 

Kristina tells Dante she was "just driving by" the accident scene and happened to see the cars. Then Rocco comes in, she leaves. Great. They are going to talk about the stupid party again. Rocco says it's not Danny's fault or Gio's. They argue. Argue. 

Lucky is grilling Liz about Ric's car and she's like WTF do you care? Then Lucas comes in to visit and Lucky leaves. They gab about Ric's new car and her and Lucky and if they are romantic. She talks about him and her intense love and she's always loved him. BUT he's a COWBOY wanderer

Ric goes in to see Alexis. She's like "get out now while you can and I'll forget this". He's like HAHA . (she knows about the storage of the car remember). She leaves. 
Alexis goes to the storage until and has a warrant to get in there. She opens the door and the car is GONE! There's an envelope with "ALEXIS" on it and it says: LOOKING FOR SOMETHING? ahhh my queen AVA! Lucky shows up next. He says he tracked the car there. He also knows the brakes were cut and who cut them. They talk. Lucky can't figure out why the car is so important (he doesn't know about the blackmail). 

Lois and Chase talk at the boathouse. He says he knows it's her grandson's birthday. They talk about how hard it was for Brook to give her baby up.

I'm here and going to give this a try today. I did catch Tuesday's show and it was...meh. Seems like we are spinning those wheels again. 

Carly and Jason are at Carly's talking about the drinking stuff with the boys. Diane rings the bell. They have to talk about a disaster that was Carly's making. Diane says the court scheduled the divorce hearings for June 2nd. Which probably means Michael can't do it. They aren't sure how to fix it. Diane says they can get a postponement but it would mean they might have fuel to say Michael can't take care of the kids himself. So then Diane says Michael has to come back. Carly says she'll FIGHT FOR THE KIDS ON HIS BEHALF. Good gravy. They will file an emergency custody petition based on Drew's video and Ketamine. 

Joss and Trina are at the GH rehearsal place. Joss tells Tri about getting the intern job. She says she loved the Easter Island thing and just 'happened' to get the job. Trina is happy for her. They talk about the ball and the after-party. Tri says she's going right home. She says Kai is fantastic and needs someone and...yada

Kai is learning to walk with the PT lady. Stella comes in. He wants to get out TODAY so he can see Trina in the Nurses Ball. Stella's like: Hmm, No go you can't get out today. BUT maybe he can get out in TIME FOR THE BALL 

Alexis wants Spinelli to do a job. He says he'll do anything for a loved one of Samantha. She says it could save Krissy's life. She wants him to find Ric's totaled car. No one can locate it. 

Drew and Ezra are eating at The Metro. Ezra wants to know what happened with Jocinda. Ezra thinks Drew was laying. Drew says no. Also, Ezra knew Jocinda and Drew wonders if he saw anyone with her. Ezra says Willow's mother. 

Laura, Lulu and Lucky are having lunch at The Metro. Lulu grills Lucky about his relationship with Liz.  He says it's going great. Then Lucky leaves and Laura asks Lulu why she's not publishing the adoption piece. She says it might hurt people. 

Ric shows up at Liz' house and is surprised she's alone. They talk about his new car and she remembers about the brakes failing. He says NOPE it was black ice. TRYING TO BAMBOOZLE HER>

Dante and Kristina talk about Lulu's house. She tells him about the commitment papers. They jabber about parents and maybe Krissy does need help. He can tell there's something else wrong too. 

Nina shows up to see Willow. Tells Willow if she believes Drew, she'll stand by her. Then Willow gets served with the divorce papers. Drew comes home. Hugs Willow says they'll fight it. Martin is out of town though and they need a lawyer.  Ric says he'll take it. They talk about the whole case.

Recap Day 2

I will need another day, friends. Thank you for understanding. I hope GH is entertaining you and not frustrating. In honor of Ginny I will give you a photo of Carly she thought fit her to a T! (she DID NOT LIKE CARLY lol). If something made us mad, we'd text each other this photo. 

Goodbye Friend...

 

This will be a very difficult blog for me today. I found out one of my best online friends passed away last Thursday night. Because we were cyberfriends, it took awhile to get notice but her husband called me this afternoon. 

You may know her as well. She's MatchboxGinny and has posted on the blog under that name or Tree. You all know how close we can all be even though we don't 'see' each other. I texted her daily. She sent me the best memes and just fun stuff. I knew when Denise Alexander passed and she didn't text me right away, something was wrong. 

Ginny (as I called her) was warm, funny and didn't suffer any fools. We bonded greatly in 2016 and it just went from there. She was my partner in crime on Twitter and now Blue Sky. My heart is broken. It was very unexpected and I'm still a bit stunned. Her husband told me to post  because he knew people would be wondering about her. 

Ginny loved her neighbor's cat Wanda, a great margarita and always had the right thing to say when I needed it most. She'd cheer on the Bills even though she was a New England fan and we'd text during games. 

Trying to explain how someone impacts you online is difficult to those that aren't on social media like we are. I know you all understand how much my heart hurts at the moment. 

I will post a shell for you to use for today's show but I'll need a minute to just not deal with GH for a bit. It was "our" show and ...I need a moment.

Well, I had a pretty good week until the clinker of a Friday show!! I know they can't be all exciting but geesh!! Not good to fall asleep at the end of the week.

Denise Alexander Passes

 

I just saw the news that Denise passed away. It's such a loss and I feel like my childhood soap stars are just leaving us one by one. She was a smart and funny lady that will be missed dearly. She started on Days of Our Lives, then went to GH and finally to Another World. We knew her best as the iconic Leslie Webber--doctor and mom to Laura Webber. She left GH in 1984 but returned in later years for cameos. 

This was Denise when she was doing Steve Silverman's  "Pretty: The Series" and she gave Wubsnet a nice shout out. I never got to meet her in person but this came close. If you've never seen that series, it's a fun one. 

Such a loss and she will be missed. 

MOM or MOB?

 

Drew is still pestering Portia about Curtis getting bad PR out on Sonny. Back and forth..back and forth... Yes, nope yes nope. Then Drew tells her she better do more or else and leaves. 

Curtis wants to know why Tracey is throwing in with Sidwell and Drew and it might hurt Laura. Then Ned comes over and wants to know the same thing. Not much is being said. Curtis leaves then Ned tells Tracey Brook and Chase are going to Alexis to try to adopt. Then Lucy calls Tracey. 

Lulu talks to Ned about endorsing her mom for Mayor. He says sure but you'll have to tell my mother. Then she pesters him about his touring dates and Lois and Brook Lyn.

Danny goes to see Rocco at Lulu's house. She says they have to talk first. He tells her the story, apologizes. Rocco comes down and she says they have to clean the house together. Front and back porches. Dante comes in and they kinda make up and he says they are brothers and have to look out for each other. 

Sasha is at GH and wants another nurse besides Willow. Willow says their kids are about to be related so they have to find common ground. Sasha says she's not even trying with Michael. Willow says she went to Germany but Michael wouldn't see her. Sasha seems shocked.  Willow tells her Drew was drugged. Period. 

Then Willow talks to Curtis and wants him to print that Drew was drugged. He says well, they'll print his statement but can't be sure he didn't take it himself. 

Brook and Chase are at Davis/Miller to talk about adoption. Alexis was surprised they were on her calendar. Brook asks if her giving up a baby long ago would lessen her chances. Alexis says no. They say they want a closed adoption. Alexis is going to reach out to private adoption attorneys. She said it's VERY unpredictable tho. Be prepared to wait. 

Dante and Jason are talking about how Dante thinks Jason is not paying enough attention to Danny. Lois walks in. Dante walks out. Jason and Lois talk about Jason's parenting skills. She says he's a really good Dad. Jason says yeah, but he has to make some changes. Sasha comes by to tell him Sasha did go to see Michael but he wouldn't see her. He's surprised. 

Sidwell and Jordan take an offer to Sonny to buy his piers. Sonny says Sidwell might just lose them. Jordan says mayor Collins would probably take it off the vote if it was sold. Then Sonny has a heart moment.

Lulu finds out Brook was gone for 6 months on a tour with Lois and Miguel during her senior  year of HS. 

Drew gives Willow a vial with his 'vitamin' infusion in it, that's why he was at GH -- it's a vial just like Ketamine. I don't know what's going on. 

Dante is nice to the boys and he and Lois make up. He forgives Gio too

Sonny tells Jason he might sell the pier to Sidwell

BORING FRIDAY SHOW 

BRADDDDD!

 

Dante going to Jason when they are at Sonny's and saying Danny almost killed Rocco. Tells him about the party, yada yada. Isaiah tells Dante to cool it because Sonny's still recovering. 
Dante stays at the house and tells Sonny he was really scared when Rocco was in the hospital. He says he did cancel on the game but Danny talked Rocco into going and Gio made bad choices after. Sonny says what would you have done at that age? Dante says "You sound like Lois".  Sonny says that Olivia told him that Dante screwed up plenty when he was a kid. Dante gets all upset saying he couldn't take it if he lost his son. DOM Z is such a good actor. 

Danny at the Qs....talks to Sasha. She says making a mistake doesn't make him a bad person. She's basically saying the same damn thing Carly did. Jason walks in and hears her good advice.  Sasha leaves and Danny tells Jason what happened the night of the party. Jason is very rational and tells him he has to check in every night at 9pm in person or on the phone. 

Nina and Curtis at The Metro talking about Drew. Nina can't believe Willow is standing by Drew Curtis thinks Drew was set up with the Ketamine and doesn't think he'd take it.  He thinks he was set up. Then they talk about the esplanade :EYEROLL: and Nina says she's still Team Sonny and asks Curtis what he is. 

Tracey, Sidwell, Jordan and Marco talking about Drew and the Esplanade. They are worried it might have bearing on the stupid Esplanade. Tracey says she just wants to get rid of Sonny. Marco says she has to get serious about it then. He says Sonny is beloved by the common man. Tracey says he's a mobster!! Then Drew comes in. He says he was set up and that person will pay that did it. Tracey says that the public will be angry and he's ruined. He grins and says: Everyone loves a comeback story. 

Liz is at GH with Lucas. Brad comes by in a new suit and says he's leaving Port Charles. Has to go see HR. (SOBBING). Oh no!!  Liz then sits in the lobby and talks to Isaiah. She wonders where he's been. He's cancelled dinner 3x with her and Lucky. He says busy. She wonders if it was because of a lady. He said she chose her job over him. 

Brad gives Portia his resignation. He says "have someone else do your dirty work" She says well never ask for your job back then! Or try to blackmail me. He says, Oh I WON'T  be But  it might be in your future. Portia calls Willow in to see how she's doing and to see if Drew had more evidence he was drugged. Willow says no and doesn't want Portia's advice.

IT'S ME!! I'm with the 2 year olds today-- so that means I may be too exhausted to even DO ANYTHING later!!

Lois yelling at Dante about how good Gio is...Dante doesn't believe it. Then he tells Lulu when Gio was growing up he always got out of trouble. Lulu is figuring out that Gio is his son and that's why Lois protected him. 

Laura is talking to Rocco and tells him to wait until he's 21 to drink again. He says he's never drinking again.

Ava and Ric go to the Brown Dog for a drink. They use their credit card (Corporate) to get drinks. Then Cody uses his card too to keep a tab. Oh will they get mixed up!!? 

Molly, Alexis and Krissy. Alexis wants to pause their anger because Scout is staying there. Kristina says she can do that but what her mom did was wrong. They agree. 

Emma and Joss have a talk about the professor. Joss leaves then Gio comes along because he's looking for Rocco's phone. He tells Emma what happened with Rocco. Says Dante thinks he gave him the booze and he's not ike that. 

Joss goes to see Vaughn and Brennan. Vaughn is there and says she did a bad job with Emma and she shouldn't have been talking to her after. Joss said she got info from her on the professor. Brennan comes in and says to NOT let Anna in there-- she'll mess things up.

SUN today!! SUN! And it was supposed to storm so it's kind of a bonus!! 

What are you all watching? I'm deep into Silo right now and starting The Studio. We finished a re-watch of The Man in The Hight Castle. OH! and of course, I'm getting through Black Mirror. This season is awesome. 

TODAY'S SHOW: 

Kai is awake... um... Ok, he needs some acting lessons. I'm saying it. My goodness. So awful. He's saying he's ready to get back to football. He can move his foot. :eyeroll: 

Dante is going off on Gio for not taking Rocco straight to the hospital. Gio's like :Um, I thought water and sleep would do it!! Dante is saying it's his fault if anything happens to Rocco. The doctor comes out with an update. Lante goes in to visit Rocco. He had a BA level of .8% which is huge. If Cody hadn't noticed his breathing, he could have gone into a coma and died.  Rocco comes to-- says he was doing a drinking game with frat guys. He's sorry.  Cody comes in and gives him a smooshie dog. Lulu goes to find Dante

Dante comes out and wants to talk to Gio by himself. Lois goes along too. Dante says that giving alcohol to a minor is a felony. He says he didnt' give him anything. Dante doesn't believe him. Lois says he doesn't lie. He's like: dont' stick up for him!

Danny calls Gio...Gio tells him that Rocco is at the hospital. Carly tells Danny she'll be over to get him in a minute. She talks to him about Jason giving him such a long rope and he has to start proving himself. Rocco is going to follow him wherever he goes and he can't do this. Yada yada. Good talk with him. 

Kristina and Lucky are at the Brown Dog. Having a beer and she tells him about her mother wanting her committed. Lucky says "Well, she might not be wrong"!! LOL He says Mental Health issues are nothing to put off and talks about his mother. Then he talks her into going to see Alexis.

Ric and Ava talk in the parking lot. She's taking him home. He set up a shell corporation for their money from Alexis. She wants to be a team in this. 

Alexis keeps trying to call Krissy. She won't pick up. Alexis plays with the dagger Sidwell gave her. Diane is at the door and is like "Um, why do you have that? I come in peace"!! She tells Diane the girls found the papers she didn't destroy. Diane is so upset-she wants to fix it but Alexis says it's on her. She tells Diane that Kristina doesn't know she knows about the accident. Diane leaves and Ava and Ric storm in. They give her the paperwork for a shell company and want DOUBLE the money!! 

Brad says he'll tell Drew to hired that chick to give him Ketamine. Drew says 1/2 million dollars. Brad blurts out: DOCTOR ROBINSON!! ahahahahaaha. Then he tells him about the files he pulled and then she wanted Ketamine. Drew says so She set you up too, right? Right.

Dante tells Gio he's had people telling him what to do his whole life and he needs to grow up. Lois says "you don't know who he really is"!!

I Saw The Lights On

 

MONDAY!! Already!! It's rained so much here I need a boat and it's crazy. Hope it's more dry where you are! 

BEACH: 

Emma freaks out and starts looking all over for her zip drive. Joss "FINDS" it in the sand (she corrupted it, remember?) Later, Joss and Vaughn talk about the whole thing. She says she had to tell Emma he went to PCU so he should be around more often. 

Rocco is passed out after doing lemon shots with "The Frat Guys" Danny's trying to get him up. Gio goes over and they decide to carry him to the boat house. They get there and Danny goes to the house to get water. Gio realizes Rocco has no phone. Wants to go look for it and CODY walks into the boat house. Gio explains. Cody covers him up and figures out his breathing is off. Says they have to take him to the hospital. 

Brad tells Portia now he has something on her and he knows she used the Ketamine for Drew. She's like: WELP! YOU SIGNED IT OUT!! She says she set him up and there's not hing he can do. He's a felon, no one will believe him. Now, get out and leave her and her family alone. 

Willow's mad Carly is there to see the kids. She tells her Michael wouldn't see her in Germany. Also says Drew was drugged. Carly gives Nina a look and leaves. Nina and Willow talk about Drew and whether to believe him or not. Willow says the drug testing doesn't lie. Nina tries to tell her he might take it and she was away and yada yada. 

Tracey is getting into Lois about the adoption thing and not telling Ned or letting the Qs in on the decisions. Lois tells her it was BROOK LYN'S decision and all that. Tracey says she wants to know where her great grandson is. They go at it about money and power and such. Good stuff. Jane and Rena are fire. Tracey says they would have brought the baby up. Then Lois mentions her dropping off Dillian at the Qs. Tracey says she wants Lois out and Lois says nope, she's sticking close to Brook Lyn. Tracey says the secret will come out. 

Drew tells Mac he doesn't remember anything about that night at the Grille (but he does remember Tracy). Also tells him not to bother pulling the security footage. Drew gets fluids from Deanna. She suggests he use his tracker to see where he was last night. He remembers the Grille with Tracey but then REMEMBERS the hospital and seeing PORTIA!!! 

Marco and Lucas are at GH being all flirty.  Brad sees them, gets teary. Then he goes to Drew to tell him who drugged him!! WHAT!! 

Lante are still blabbering about love, Sam..yada yada. Dante wants to know what Lulu knows and CARLY just stomps in the HOUSE!! like totally interrupts! LOL Dante leaves. They talk about Brook and Dante's baby. Carly tells her NOT to tell Dante. Carly talks about how Robin blew up the Michael secret. Says it wasn't Robin's place. Lulu says if Jason had a kid out there he didn't know about, Carly would tell him in a minute. Carly says You're right but if you do this, you'll regret it forever.

Cody tells Dante to get to the hospital. Dante is mad that Gio knew Rocco was at the party. 

Brad tells Drew he'll tell him everything for the right price. 

Willow thinks someone hired the escort to give Drew the Ketamine.

Sunday Surgery: Afternoon Delight

 

If you've been reading the blog all week or seeing me live Sky, you know I had a GOOD GH WEEK!! From Tuesday on, I just loved the show. Something different for you to read this week, right??

Tests

 FRIDAY! This week just FLEW BY!! I can't believe it's Friday. Hope yours was a good one. 

Ok, Jane Elliot is an amazing actress. Holy hell. You have to watch those scenes with Brook. Brook Lyn tells her about not knowing she had a boy until Lulu told her. Lulu broke into Martin's hotel room and is now holding it all over her head. They talk a lot about her experience and how Lulu is wanting her to tell the Dad. Brook says it was hard to give the baby up but she had to because she was so young. Tracey is proud of her. Much more to see, so good.

Lulu and Dante argue about her publishing the story. She keeps saying it's "her career" :eyeroll: LOL Dante wants her to drop the story. She says no. They argue and argue. Finally Dante says she doesn't like Brook and that Lulu's still in love with him. He knows because Maxie told him. Lulu says she was going to tell him before she blew up and then she woke up 4 years later and he loved Sam. 

Lucy, Lois and Maxie are talking about the Nurses Ball in the Q kitchen and whether or not Drew should be invited. Since he's financing the whole thing they think he should be able to go. More talk and Lucy leaves (this was filler). 

Hospital: Drew goes to get tested. Amy and another nurse guy are gossiping 'Maybe he's here to be tested for a STI" ahahhaha. Willow hears it. THEN Amy comes over and is like: Um, you're so BRAVE for standing by Drew after what he did. And, "OMG... you blew up your marriage for him! Do you feel like you HAVE to stay with him"? PFFFFFFT Willow tells her to get busy nursing. 
Drew comes out and Isaiah follows: I have the test results. YEP, they found Ketamine. Willow believes Drew-- Drew sees Mac in the hallway and wants to report a crime. 

Carly comes into Nina's and is like GOOD JOB! She knows Nina was behind the Drew video. Carly is just giddy. Nina tells her about Jocinda (Carly recognized Jocinda from The Metro she worked there before with 'clients' lol). Nina feels guilty. Carly says it's the best thing. Then Carly finds out Drew's getting tested and when Nina tells her it's Ketamine, Carly freaks. That stays in the system! OMG! Why did you use that!! Nina says it's a common drug and he could be on it for recreation. Carly says it was not a great thing. Nina is freaking out about Willow and that she might figure out she did this.

BEACH PARTY!  Good set, kids all over the place. Looks decent. Vaughn walks out in a bathing suit. Emma's like: WHO'S THIS!!? Emma's all OH LAH LAH. He says he's just at the beach swimming. Emma's like: isn't it cold? He says yes but it's good for you. Gio says he doesn't have his swim suit but Emma's like: You don't need one!! They take off their clothes and go in. Joss steals the hard drive and runs off to corrupt it. The 3 come back from swimming and Joss walks up. She wasn't able to get the hard drive back into Emma's shorts. 

Danny and Rocco are there. They try to blend in. They say they are freshman! The keg got dropped so the guys give them GROG to drink (for the oldies, Jungle Juice) and they just hold it. BUT THEN GIRLS talk to them and they start drinking. Danny walks off with the girls to play volleyball and leaves his punch with Rocco. Rocco drinks both LOL. Rando guys come up and ask Rocco if he's "Up for it" (doesn't say what) and Rocco drinks more and they leave.

THEN Danny walks up to Joss. Joss is all @@~!~ Danny is all @@~!! Then Joss is like: We never saw each other here. He says OK! and RUNS ahahahaha.
